  1. Nothing exciting, he was questioned on it before. Ran in to a door or something, can't remember exactly what but it wasn't anything good like a fight with a shark or being kicked in the face with a knifeboot in football. I see, cheers.
  2. It's alright lads, these decisions get people talking in the pub and that.
  3. Sturridge really needs to improve his finishing, it's not the first time I've seen him be very wasteful. Can only recall one wasteful opportunity when he ran onto a ball over the top and should have buried it but hit straight at Krul who dived to collect. The rest was a combination of excellent defending (to put him off) and excellent goalkeeping imo. See, I thought he had 4 or 5 proper chances and although Krul did well to save a few Sturridge didn't make it that difficult for him. Mostly along the ground and close to the keeper or not even on target. Doesn't exactly look clinical.
  4. What's the story with Alan Hansen's Omar scar, always wondered. Obviously not enough to Google it.

  6. Ace name that like, combines 2 of my big loves - Newcastle and top notch electricals.
  7. Touch of a rapist by Morrison there.
  8. How is there such a disparity in the possession stats between Sky and BBC? Weird.
  9. Spot on. If we had been playing Wigan or Bolton and that had happened we'd have been facing 10 men straight away NO Arguement. I honestly think it's a combination of the timing and the opposition - if he effectively condemns Chelsea to defeat after 3 minutes then he'll have it in his mind that there's far more chance of him being massively criticised than if we were playing a lesser side or he gives it after half an hour.
  10. Probably missing Newcastle.
  11. Referees probably look at decisions like that involving the 'big' clubs and think it's not worth the hassle, shame but it's been apparent for a long time. That's why it's worth it for managers of these clubs to take a ban or a fine because of their behaviour or post match comments, as the media will normally back them 100% and the refs are intimidated.

Seems we've got something in common then.

Here, all I could think after that Luiz decision was, "Ronaldo off the internet said he's the best ref in the league". Your fault Ronny More likely to be Interpolic's fault for posting all that rubbish about Lovenkrands. I'm not getting back into it, your initial accusation towards others coupled with your own views at the time speaks for itself. The fact you won't let it drop is pretty funny though.
  14. He looked like he went straight for his cards then bottled it I definitely think he's mainly bottled it because it happened after just 3 minutes.
  15. The way the ball was going that was exactly what I expected him to do, a decent touch to his left and he's potentially got an open goal. Absolute bollocks about it not being a proper goalscoring opportunity, the reason Ba didn't get a touch on it was because that clumsy twat brought him down.
  16. Yeah, my dad said there were queues of 20 or 30 people when you can normally just pick one up no bother.
  17. That defence. http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/4705/philjones.jpg Not one natural centre half. Huge concern, this. And depending on the other options I'd want to see Obertan dropped, flatters to deceive much of the time and not a bad player to bring on late on.
  18. Going to this, very worried about the gaps beginning to show at the back. If Coloccini and Taylor are out I'd take a draw no bother. Tiote back for this or what?
