  1. Yeah, like England. We might have spells where we look good, but when it comes down to it, we never do it.
  2. We all would, but we all know that’s not going to happen.
  3. We started well, but then let the high press go to fuck, just went half arsed with it, let them play, and fuck me, you can’t defend like we did for their goal at any level. Far too many players at our club who are nowhere near good enough, and we have known that for years. Murphy is a Championship player at best, how Barnes and Almirón are not playing ahead of him is a mystery. Longstaff juts doesn’t have it, neither does Anderson. It’s disappointing because these are actually there for the taking, and it looks like we are going to gift them the win.
  4. Fuck right off, stopping play for that becasue we were on the attack.
  5. So he has a ripped sock on the back of his heel, but it’s not a penalty? Fuck right off.
  6. None of them are good enough. Murphy is 29, and he’s still playing in the Premier League.
  7. Fucking embarrassing that. Just fucking gifted them this game.
  8. Yeah, letting them do what they want now, frustrating.
  9. VAR isn’t the problem, the officials are.
  10. Can we extend that to Tyneside, specifically North Tyneside?
  11. In all honesty, if our council is asking for handouts to feed hungry children from PIF/Saudi Arabia, that is an indictment on our government, not us.
  12. No, I doubt it. It’s common practice that councils and local authorities work with businesses, either via helping them access funds, or in this case, requesting a form of sponsorship. A big new company in the area, ‘Let’s work with them’. No doubt Sunderland council have had similar conversations with Nissan, for example.
  13. In all fairness I couldn’t give a fuck if you or Chelsea finish 7th. I want to finish as high as possible and get back into Europe.
  14. We have to do our job tomorrow before we can get carried away with the possibility of pinching 5th.
  15. In all fairness, Liverpool have been doping their players since his arrival. Apparently a percentage of his squad have asthma that is far above the average prevalence in population, let alone within athletes. Many of them only being diagnosed after arriving at Liverpool. Coincidently, the common medication you prescribe for asthmatics is banned in the vast majority of sporting institutions, including football, because it can be used as an enhancement, with a notable exemption for diagnosed asthmatics.
