You don’t need planning permission to knock down old buildings. You have to inform the local authority, but unless it’s a listed building, you don’t need permission. The local authority may come back with some stipulations on when you can do it etc, but I think for where the site is, it will be fairly straight forward.

I think people are using Leazes Park and Castle Leazes synonymously.

Not really. I very much doubt that anyone at the board level who will be involved in it will have any doubts about it happening. Any doubts about it happening from someone at the club will be from someone not involved in it. The main reason behind those doubts is the training ground, but plenty of people suspect that they are waiting on land becoming available for that before they can do anything, with both sites at the ministry, and Northumbrian Coach Lane campus being rumoured.

I very much doubt anyone on the board will be doubting it, and let’s be honest, only the board will know anything about it.

Looks like poor attendances at all the games tonight. Sunderland expecting a poor attendance at the weekend. It doesn’t bode well for the FA Cup this weekend.

I wouldn’t go below an XL. Honestly I tried an XL on, it went below my waist, but just thinking it may get small when you are sitting down etc, or if there is any shrinking that happens. The 2XL though went half way between my upper legs and my knees. Too much of a gap between the 2 sizes.

What are you normally? I’m between an XL, and 2XL. The 2XL is a bit big, the XL fits, but has a significant less amount of length to it than what you would expect between the sizes.
