  1. Does it not reset after this round assuming he doesn’t get one tonight or next week?
  2. Must be a very busy and lucrative day for Adidas today, it seems like all their major clubs have had an originals collection released today.
  3. @lfee is happy with the price of a pint, taxi, and the lack of graffiti.

The question was name a club that have benefitted from a move to a new stadium. Like I said, you can name 2 clubs in the North East. You can also add on Arsenal, Man City etc without even going down the leagues, and all pre AT&T stadiums which changed what a stadium should be and have.
  5. To be fair I think it’s good for a town that is literally one of the definitions of a forgotten town that’s been left to rot. As for the club though, it’s just a bit nauseating with the whole fairy tale story. It’s not a fairy tale, it’s the same old story of a rich owner facilitating the rise up the leagues that we’ve seen so much of. I’m also not having that Wrexham a club who were playing in non-league 3 years ago are worth over £500m like they claim.
  6. Let them. Their owners will realise that they alone don’t have it to stabilise them long term, sell up to an American consortium who’ll end up over paying for a club who are going to find their level somewhere between the Championship and League One.
  7. Balogun will be a worthwhile pick up for someone.

If they stayed at their old grounds then they would have slipped through the leagues. Neither of those stadiums would have been fit for purpose, neither of them would allow for either club to gain commercial income, and they wouldn’t allow for larger capacities. Financially both of those clubs would have been fucked as soon as they were relegated in the 90’s. They’d both be League Two clubs at best.
