‘If you complete level 5 of this game then you are legally skilled’.

There you go Man City, there is the league title. Hopefully a double North London end of season collapse.

Everyone doing the Gary Neville moan.
-
I’m convinced he did and his voice is just played on a loop.
-
Why is Zinchenko running the wrong way?
-
Glad he missed, fucking disgrace that was given and then VAR backed up the decision.
-
How the fuck is that a penalty?
-
Not a fucking chance.

A win for them today would take them close to safety, possibly a win away or a win and a draw away from it at that point.
-
They would get fined for bringing the officiating into disrepute.

I have been watching the Canadian Premier League which I admit is a lower standard. It is about to start it’s 5th season and is the 1st professional football/soccer league in Canada. They do not have VAR, and they do not have goal line technology. In the 4 years of playing they have not once had a decision as controversial as either of decisions in our game yesterday, or in Brightons. We have the technology, the funding, and 150 years of history of the sport and have these controversial decisions week in week out, sometimes like yesterday, multiple in 1 game.

I hope they don’t, but I still want the favour off them. I remember in our relegation fights they would always lose towards the end of the season to 1 of our relegation rivals. We need them to stay strong today and resist the urge.
-
Yes, we need that as well.
-
We need 4 points out of our next 2 games. You would assume Spurs would beat Bournemouth, so we need to match that result and then do not lose against them at home. From then on it’s ours. It would be amazing if Bournemouth can decide that they want to stay up and beat Spurs though.

In all fairness it’s worth pointing out that they sacked their academy off because they feel it is better to throw money at players in lesser leagues who have less money for their best players. Is paying the going rate for one of the most rated young forwards in the world and then going to the French 2nd division and throwing some money at small part time clubs so they have to sell their best players is pretty much the same thing, just on a different scale. Meanwhile there is no pathway for young Brentford fans to actually play through the ranks and become a star for their childhood team. As it happens I actually like their club, they have saw something else that loads of clubs have missed. Whilst more established and perhaps historic clubs were getting players on the gut feeling of PFM’s after they have had a kebab, they were hiring managers, coaches, and getting players by looking at their stats and attributes. They were able to leapfrog and leave behind said clubs, and on their way even develop a brand new stadium for their fans to enjoy.

Awful choice of strips in the sun in the Southampton vs Man City match.
-
Imagine that result after that 1st half if it was Bruce in charge?
-
Burns arm that makes it look like Bruno’s dick is out? The arm over Burn’s dick which makes it look like his is out? The face that looks like Frank Lampard head has been photoshopped in? Gordon who’s neck looks like his head has been stretched out, or he is some shape shifting alien off a sci-fi programme? Tom Jones in front of Gordon? Jason Tindall who looks like he’s wearing a Jason Tindall mask?
-
What did he do at Leeds which makes people think he’s a good option. Ok they stayed up but that was just luck of the dice, he never built anything there did he?
-
Frank has to be on the brink now.
-
A gap starting to open up now. Southampton are surely fucked, and Leicester are falling further behindBoth Leeds and Palace (play each other this weekend) have a chance to move away from it. Wolves from nowhere are now 6 points clear of Leicester and 4 clear of the bottom 3.
-
That’s the sort of laziness he was prone too and the stuff that pissed people off because it often was at the end of games that we were either winning, or in a favourable position in. Everyone said we shouldn’t have sold him, yet those who were a little more aware, knew he would just do something like that. Rafa couldn’t coach it out of him and I don’t think Howe was convinced he could either.
-
Get in! We got through that, a tough game, made even tougher by shit referee’s, but we got the 3 points.
-
Spurs lead.
-
Aye, 5 points ahead of Spurs with a game in hand, you would absolutely take that.
