How much enjoyment do you get from watching NUFC?

Apart from the 7 game run towards the end where we settled on a 4213 system that worked, there's been no change in performance levels. It's baffling that we found a system that worked, and dropped it for no other reason than Ba getting in a huff. DIsagree that we were the same first half last season, it's not we played great footy, we played pretty direct, but we were very very resilient at the back and we went up other end and scored pretty frequently, and it was good fun. Stoke away was a highlight of that style. We then had a period when we lost our way for a while and played bit like this, but I don't like this revisionism that we weren't a good side for first half of last season. We were very tough to break down and Ba was incredible, like he still is. The difference now is that we're riding our luck to keep people from scoring. Everton, Fulham, Villa, Bolton, Wolves, Norwich, SMBs, Wigan, QPR (all home games) last season weren't 'quite fun', they were games that I didn't enjoy watching, but we did enough to win. Those games could easily have gone the other way. -

How is it daft? Enjoyment, although is correlated to results, isn't the defining factor. I far more enjyed the 2nd half vs Everton away when we drew than the 1-0 Norwich win. You only mentioned 2 of the 4 potential outcomes if you use your two variables. -
Funny that when someone puts decent crosses in, we score some goals. Well played to the lad.

Expecting Elliot Tavernier Williamson Perch Ferguson Obertan Bigi Gosling Marveaux Shola Cisse Drab 0-0 -
Serious question here. I love the club and when we get a good resut it makes my week, but I don't think i've enjoyed a full game for a long time, maybe the WBA away game last year. I like looking back on some great moments in games, but unless HBA is on fire or one of the Demba's scores a corker, there's not much enjoyment there really. It's either expecting for us to concede, or expecting the same old dull and predictable set play routines. Still, couldn't live without it!

Pretty certain we'll go: Harper Perch Williamson Taylor Santon HBA Tiote Anita Jonas Ba Cissse -
Looks very promising. Should be vying with Anita for the RB slot.

....and Bigi should start. -
Howay lads, back into the swing of things please. Need to finish top 6 so we have an extra cup to get deliberately knocked out of next season. 2-0 win

Liverpool have a player playing tonight who wasn't even born during Euro 96. I feel so old

Google maps says its 4km, so basically you can be in the city centre but dont bother trying to get to the ground.
