Tried supporting a few teams, Liverpool in the 80s, Man United in the 90s, Chelsea in the 00s and more recently Manchester City. However over the past year I’ve become very attached to Newcastle. Hopefully in the next year or two we can win the EPL.- 205 replies

Only change for me would be ASM in for Bruno. Give Isak the last 30 mins again if required, then start him away at Southampton. -
Back for the second leg of the semi then

Yeah I think Gallagher would be a good buy. Can’t see Chelsea letting him go this window though. RLC no thanks though.

It was the 'Premiership' between 1993 and 2007. Only been the Premier League again for a casual 16 years.
-
Can’t see that happening at all.

I noticed this specifically last Tuesday night that it seemed to have reverted to the original, I liked it. "We're gonna win fuck all again" was defiance and loyalty. But the original is about hope, and that's back again. -

I know they say we’re ahead of the plan and that they prepare for 2 or 3 windows in advance, but I’ll be staggered if they’re not seriously considering a couple of signings to help the top 4 push. Getting CL this year would be transformative not just for the type of player we could attract, but also the sponsorship opportunities we could develop. It’s a lot harder to argue about “market value” when you could be in and amongst the big boys come September. It wouldn’t surprise me to see the chairman fly over in the days ahead of the semi final second leg, which is also deadline day.

Would be a decent loan option for us tbf

He said we’re not “actively bidding”. Maybe because the bid had already been accepted

I don’t think we’d pay that much for a 27 year old as things stand.

Aye, called us a team of long ball merchants I think.

4/10 on the photoshopped one.

Has requested a transfer now.

Glad the tap in merchant confirmed there’s no option to buy, was getting worried for a minute.
