  1. Rescinded - never heard that word anywhere else. Warchest - wtf is that all about. Textbook - as in 'that was a textbook finish'. The only person I've seen use that in seriousness is Alan Partridge. Piledriver - sounds like some sort of extremely painful issue in the back passage... Dugout Gone to ground - wtf, he dived or he was tripped, he didn't 'go to ground'. I blame Sky commentators for most of this shite.
  2. Can't see us winning this one tbh, they are a good side and our luck has to run out somewhere. 2-0 them.
  3. Good to see Peter Lovelyhands back, hope he does as well as he did at the backend of last year now that he doesn't have a contract to earn...
  4. He's really nice, so we signed him twice, Peter Lovenkrands...
  5. Can't complain too much tbh, big earners booted, Lovenkrands and Simpson in - loans can still be made if necessary, don't panic Mr Mainwairing. Stuns me the way people go on sometimes.
  6. waddles mullet. fu(k off back to the crap blog u have come from, ur one of the reasons i no longer read that sh1t anymore, continuanly blabbing on about being ITK and bickering on with stardust and the rest of the muppets over there Well done. That is textbook flaming.
  7. They arrived in this apparently so they wouldn't be seen: http://www.roadtransport.com/blogs/big-lorry-blog/Mystery%20Machine3.jpg
  8. Mystery players, wtf Probably Kevin Nolan, he needs a medical that fat fucker
  9. As I said in the other thread - he needs to be taught how to play as a lone striker as he wandered off far too much. Didn't think he deserved man of the match either - a decent performance, some woeful attemps at headers and a lot of poor positional play but worked hard and looked eager. 7 out of 10.
  10. Thought Ranger did OK tonight but nothing special. He held it up pretty well but his timing for his jumps were pretty poor and someone needs to teach him how to play as a lone striker - he wandered off down each wing too much and dropped too deep at times, meaning we ended up with no target. I think he's a decent prospect but he has a lot to learn.
  11. It's Richard Branson :clap2: :clap2:
  12. Who'd have thought Richard Money was behind all this. What a turnup.
  13. might take the kids out for their dinner somewhere. I expect to take my family out for dinner some time in the next two weeks. Got at least two firm bookings and I'm just waiting for proof of funds to come through. I put the funds into the holding account last week but I'm having a problem because you spent all your overdraft and Barclays want to lower it. Do you have anything you can sell before this transaction can go through?
  14. So...fuck all happening today then?
  15. I dont particularly care about huge transfers etc just hope they sort us out for squad size asap, get us back up and have the club running well for once. Anything else is a major bonus Agreed - stability and sensible investment ftw
  16. I hope this is a wind-up, but if not...Llambias, Wise and the Spanish fellas weren't here when Keegan joined. Alright Captain Serious, it was just a joke. Point taken
  17. This. Keegan left (first time) because he was not given what he promised. He stuck his ground, SJH caved in, club spends money, club gets promoted, Keegan vindicated. Second time the club was floated on the stock market. Keegan wasn't happy but went with it. Decided half-way through the season he couldn't work in the way he was now being asked to. Resigned. Fulham - left for the England job (what a c*nt!) England - admitted his faults and that he wasn't up to the job instead of 'doing a McLaren' and waiting to be sacked. Man City - left at the end of his contract after club was going stale. Newcastle mkII - undermined by his board. You can argue what you want, but I'll always defend him. You seem to be blaming a man for being shafted by his bosses...for being shafted by his bosses...? Is there an echo in here? Read it again and you might find the point I'm making... I can't. Reading your posts more than once make my eyes bleed ...and we return to the argument about bairns and childish posts. Thanks for cementing my point.

  21. Go back and read the so-called interview with Ashley from after Keegan was appointed. "Keegan is the man in charge, he has the final say, he names his targets we buy him" etc etc Now tell me if that was true?
  22. 5Live said it was very edgy in the ground like and said there was a chance of them pulling the players off the pitch??
  23. Still kicking off inside the ground, fans on the pitch and allsorts
