Has been absolutely outstanding the last few games. Really can't remember a winger who works as hard for the team as Jonas does. I'm sure the quality on the bench this season is raising everyone's game, but his form is just fantastic at the moment.

Really chuffed for him. He's obviously working really hard to improve and develop himself as a player, and is noticeably much more composed on the ball these last few games. He's turning himself into a valuable team member.

Excellent tonight. Stretched the fuck out of them, and also used the ball well. Rewarded Pardew's faith in him to have a big role in this match.

Justified keeping his place in the team tonight. Dug in really well and got some great tackles in.

Spot on with his game plan again. Must give the players tremendous confidence. And really liked his honesty again, saying how we lost control of the game for a while there 2nd half. Every time he's interviewed post match, I'm finding he's saying what I've seen.

Just brilliant that we've got squad players like Danny that come in and play out of their skin.
