Scrap the league cup or change the rules so that only players 23 and younger or something along that line can play in it so it can be used to develop young players, its already being used as a training ground by the likes of man u and arsenal why not make it official. Also give a champions league spot to the FA cup winners, the big sides will detest that idea but screw em give teams an incentive to win the fa cup rather than just focus on qualifying via the league for the champions league for the big cash
