Well, we're trying some new stuff but the players still aren't too comfortable. Best part is that we're pressing further up the pitch again; we try some more direct stuff (that's a couple of headers already from open play in 6 competitive games this season), but it doesn't always come off. He wants to put more pace into our attacking play but you can see the players aren't still used to it and we aren't as fluid as a result. It's still early days, though. I want to see what happens three months down the line, when he's got more time to shape the team into what he wants them to do.

Pochettino isn't really a flair manager. He *does* like good players though, but he never sets his system around them. At Espanyol the basic approach was "keep shape, be hard to break and then look to Osvaldo/Coutinho to orchestrate stuff".
