Thinking on taking Hazard out for Eriksen... didn't watch the last Spurs game but he looked very good last week and then in the EL.
-
I have never been to a Clásico myself since I was a kid. It has gone completely out of hand... 300€ for shitty row z tickets on resale? I'm not that rich.
-
I have no idea about Viagogo, never used them. You won't get tickets through regular sources (they will sell out 30 seconds after they go on sale) so I suppose these sites are your only alternative. Just checked their prices and they are more than twice the official sale price, but that's to be expected.
-
Both Madrid and Barcelona only have one airport serving them, besides some regional ones that are a bit afar from the cities themselves, this is ridiculous
-
So most times they'll go straight to the group pase, that's quite the bye. Although checking the list of EL winners this decade there aren't names that jump at me as teams that wouldn't challenge for a CL spot in their leagues at the time.
-
At which phase of the CL would the EL winner enter?
-
Giving Hazard this weekend, after that I'm considering swapping him for Eriksen (impressed so far) and use the price difference on another of my shittier midfielders.
-
Valencia are a shambles this season, nothing really surprising here.
-
Was to Olympiastadion in the early 2000s for a CL match with Barça and thought it was a pretty s*** place for football myself. Little atmosphere, too cavernous, pitch miles off the stands. Dunno if the remodelation for the WC improved it.

He ripped up trees.
-
Neymar's been very good so far this season, even without scoring. Can't wait for him to click and get match fit really, he's also got a lot more to his game than I expected.
-
Tonight's the first time that Barça and Ajax will play each other in a competitive game, can't believe we'd never met each other before. Hate not being able to go to the stadium, but project for work is due tomorrow
-
Pepe's killed Drogba.
-
Madrid struck gold with Diego López like.
-
Casillas can't catch a break, can he? Taken off injured after clashing with Ramos
-
Is he one of these players that just turns up as it's his job then when he leaves training he has no interest in the game? Because that is obscene football knowledge to seemingly not have a single clue what Gareth Bale was about? 1) It's established knowledge that Ramos' ain't the sharpest tool in the shed 2) He's just bigging up his teammate. "He's even better than we thought!", just choses a clumsy way to justify it.

A "FIFA Ethics Committee". Interesting concept. What's next? An Ethilic Sobriety League?
-
Sturridge, Ben Arfa and my defenders have made my team. The rest of my midfield (Hazard ) and striker force has been balls. Appearance points every fucking week.
-
Tottenham have way too many potentially good midfielders now. It annoys me when teams do that because I never get the right one, and ends up rotated, etc...
-
54 points, average but still enough to stay top of my private league. All my competitors had rather indifferent weeks. I should have entered this team in the NO league instead of my joke-ish All Spain one...
-
I have 3 Liverpool players in my team, that's putting me way too close to wanting them to do well. Captain Sturridge
-
First game tonight for Athletic Club at their new stadium.

Are you sure? Here's the strikers from the top sides of every league England: Van Persie, Torres/Eto'o, Negredo/Dzeko/Agüero, Giroud (plus Suárez, Soldado elsewhere) Spain: Benzema and... Benzema. (we don't even have a natural striker FFS ) Italy: not my forte... Balotelli, Llorente/Tévez and Higuaín I'd guess. Germany: Mandzukic and Lewandowski France: Ibrahimovic, Cavani and Falcao I just don't think it's a good period for natural strikers at all. And the best of them all are in France FFS
-
There's a lot of truth in that; Rivaldo had a fallout with Van Gaal because he shifted him wide, Ronaldinho always played wide... although Zidane always was a #10 for RM - even though I do believe his role in a 442 actually diminished the side as a whole (not a problem of his, but tactics)
-
Not really, but I believe PL teams are using them more nowadays as more sides seem to abandon 442 which (in most setups) has less room to carry them. But people like Zidane, Ronaldinho, Rivaldo, Kaka... became the best players of their time playing in that role.
