Our DoF saying that Liverpool wanted €200m for Coutinho. Sent from my MotoG3 using Tapatalk

Also, the way I see it Wham will have to replace Bilic earlier than Benítez will be willing to leave. I'm certain that Rafa will stay the full season.

Owner undermining their own manager in public What arseholes, however good or bad Bilic might be.

Like a Byronic hero, he'll spend the rest of his life drowning himself in sadness, not thinking of what it was, but of what it could've been. Those who mock him will never get it, for he witnessed the face of true greatness and fatality let it slip away.

Valencia's "survivors" from last season's squad: http://eldesmarquevalencia.eldesmarqueporta.netdna-cdn.com/images/stories/201718/VALENCIA_CF/COMPETICION/FRanPlantilla.jpeg Radical, but probably warranted.

What's strange about it? Very common short form for his name.

Andrew Musgrove's effort isn't Pulitzer Prize winning material either. He at least manages more than one sentence per paragraph though

Hasn't he suffered enough!!!!

If the yanks surrender the voodoo doll they have been using to ruin his career I'd take Rossi in an instant.
-
Ok. I'd really hate it if somehow Dortmund was able to block the purchase and get him back at the end of the season.
-
We are apparently close to land Di María. Speaks volumes of how things have gone for us this window that I'd actually welcome him warmly. My GF is happy at least, one of her favorite players.
-
Is he yours-yours? Dortmund doesn't have an out? His value should increase massively this season [/Ashley]
-
You've looked a total shambles, to be frank. But the new players should help. He did wonders when he managed Badalona a few years ago (my second - or third? - team), but as you allude to that was in the third tier.
-
...and now he takes out the Italian captain. Sweet beautiful lad.
-
The eye-ties roughing him up now.
-
Clearly a cut above this level.
-
Yeah, things looked a bit bad after losing Mesa and then Boateng jumping ship, but they have ended up having a decent transfer window all things considered.
-
Remy to Las Palmas is now official. If he's still bothered, that should be enough to keep them up.

Goes to the Calderón in an expensive suit, takes his wife to dinner in a cheap tracksuit. Diego Pablo Simeone, man and legend.

Trying to look at the bright side of our transfer window, it's going to be sink or swim for Denis Suárez. I have long considered him our best creative midfielder besides Iniesta, but has so far lacked the character to impose himself in games. Valverde seems to fancy him and without Coutinho he's gonna see much more playing time. The even brighter side is that no way our board doesn't get sacked now.

Yeah, it's weird how dull Argentina are going forward, given that on paper they have way more than Messi and Di María. And they have gone through several managers in this period, too. Nobody has made that team click. Messi dropping deep to create should be fine, given that they have the likes of Agüero and Higuaín up there. It's not like he can't be effective if he's not the frontman, like the partnership with Suárez shows.
-
Coutinho can still go to Barca as Spanish window shuts today I think. Since Liverpool failed to land Lemar I'm not too optimistic. The upside is that the motion of no confidence against the board begins today and the awful transfer window will surely get them sacked.
-
Betis seem to have had a lively window with the Ceballos money. Can't work out if it's been good or bad though. They've signed almost a new entire starting XI. Names are good on paper for a team in their position, but remains to be seen whether they can gel. I think they will be fine though.

Joel Campbell to Betis on loan. Had no idea he was still on Arsenal's books.
