Mou scouting Lyon.

Only way they can conceivably score tbf

Milito looks scarily out of his depth this season. Hope Abidal plays there against Arsenal.
-
Well, can't win all the time.
-
Asturians are pretty hardcore about their team (Oviedo or Sporting). Luís Enrique said today that he couldn't honestly wish Sporting to lose tonight.

Local (more or less) lad, son of a miner... pretty sure he'll go back there after he leaves us.

El Molinón is the oldest professional stadium in Spanish football. Classy place.

Need to sack off Masch. Mascherano is a liability. Does fuck all of value and he's always on the verge of being sent off.
-
We are sucky tonight. Has to happen at some point I guess. Afellay completely out of place in that position, rather Pedro comes in.

Marca claiming Arsenal have set a €65m asking price for Cesc, without installments or players. Canales likely to go on loan to Getafe as part of the deal to re-buy Dani Parejo.

Is Balotelli fit for this? Read last week that Mancini aimed to have him back for the derby.

No way!! Spurs would because they're a big club but west ham no way especially seen how they'll be a lower division club(I hope so anyway their fans and millwall's fans are knackers)! You've just made me check the C'ship table to see if Milwall was in good position to get promoted. I shudder to think what would/will happen with these two clubs in the same division. Bunch of twats.

haway man dave, they're both awful. Caicedo at city was nothing short of terrible, and let's be honest the standard of defending in Spain is terrible an'all, other than barca/real. He's just not the type of player we should be looking at building our attack round. Similarly with bendtner, overrated, overpaid, over-confident. 10 goals in 16 starts is a false representation of his season and performances. Factor in the number of sub appearences and shots to goals ratio and you quickly visualise the player in hand. He's crap. With the players around him at arsenal he should be scoring 20+/season and contributing far more in terms of general play. How many footballers have you seen play? If you think they're good then I can only summise that you've only ever seen two players play football and have complete tunnel vision Man, I really wish we had Spanish sides playing English ones more often in Europe to put that cliché to bed. It's beyond tiresome now. Quick fact: 1053 goals were scored last year in the PL, 1031 in La Liga.

I was there that night actually, he looked *very* promising.

Atlético de Madrid now have an organized opposition group. Headlined by nonetheless by the son of Vicente Calderón and the grandson of the club's founder. http://www.atleticosporelcambio.com/

Not sure if a player can register for 2 premier league clubs at the same time. Perhaps you are right on that count, although I doubt we will be bringing in any more strikers even if we have another slot open. Well, they have Caicedo/Adebayor on loan to La Liga clubs and they aren't on the list either (Adebayor's loan being pretty similar to Xisco's in timing). You're probably right, but still pretty sloppy from your staff to just lose those spaces for nothing.
-
Just looked up ManCity up and they have only 23 registered players despite - for example - loaning out Wayne Bridge to Wham.
-
Xisco and Foster aren't playing in the Football League though...
-
http://www.premierleague.com/staticFiles/62/69/0,,12306~158050,00.pdf We've still registered Xisco and Routledge regardless of loaning them out. Is that a rule in the PL? No, we're just stupid. Not even being sarcastic there. That's shambolic indeed. You even have Foster listed as part of your squad and he was loaned back in the summer.

You just transferred Carroll, Xisco and Routledge while only taking on Ireland and Kuqi. Surely there should be a space left? Unless there's some of that homegrown shenanigans at work. EDIT: I see Carroll just turned 22 so I guess he didn't take a space?
