If you are planning on going to most games then you pretty much need to be a member to get tickets esp for the bigger teams, that was the case last season anyway, i'm not even sure if it was sold out yesterday though. Personally i am boycotting the games this season. Spurs went to general sale (didn't sell out), Chelsea is now on general sale, and Arsenal goes on general sale on Tuesday. All 3 fixtures sold out last season to members.

Quite apart from how small time it is for a rival club's official to go on like this, when Ossie was our manager, season tickets were only available in the two seated stands and the Milburn paddock, combined capacity of about 12,000. We only had 4000 season ticket holders back in those days. I used to have one in the East Stand Paddocks under the boxes.

Same as if you book a holiday and then decide you don't fancy it. Well that's not always the case, it depends on the T&Cs of the holiday. They charge a fee, how large is dependent on how close to the holiday it is. Dunno what NUFC policy on this is, but from a brief look some other clubs will give a full refund prior to the first home game of the season. You can't get your money back on a season ticket just because the club you bought your season ticket for hasn't spent enough money on new players and that is a fact.

Just cancel with the bank. It's not a credit agreement as you are paying in advance so they can't and won't chase you for the money. Instead they will deactivate your ticket.
