  1. What can Ashley out, or splinter cell, do better that they're not already doing then? Howeh. Enlighten us.
  2. The sackpardew campaign was to get rid of Pardew, he's gone. I hope the ashleyout campaign is as successful. Right? I don't see anywhere where they've said they'll definitely topple Ashley and if they did manage it somehow what's your problem? Fair enough on the tim krul stuff. I've read that thread. If they don't I'm sure you'll be among the many doubting Thomas' who'll surface to say I told you so without doing anything of note yourself.
  3. fickle ˈfɪk(ə)l adjective changing frequently, especially as regards one's loyalties or affections. I don't think I know a single person who has liked, then hated, then liked, then hated Pardew or Ahsley. Fickle isn't the word you are looking for unfortunately. I don't think I've ever seen people deliberately ignore someone's point for so long, just so they could construct their own straw man arguments to refute and attempt to make the other guy look stupid. One. Last. Time. I did not say the fans were fickle. I did say the SackPardew campaign made them look fickle. I did not say you had to care that's what it made them look like. End. Of. Even if it did (which it didn't) why does that matter? What an Everton fan/journo thinks matters fuck all to the changes needed at the club.
  4. You used the word outlook in criticism of those who ran/supported PO. I used it because I had read everything you've written - regrettably. All you have done is said you've disagreed with sack pardew and said how it make us look fickle; all this has bot all to do with a mike Ashley or campaign. If you don't want it messed up start your own and stop cluttering this space with such inane, incoherent rot.
  5. The aim was to get Alan pardew out. He left not long after. Deny the extent of the correlation all you like it's irrelevant. They've set up a site about mike Ashley. You want him out. What's the fucking problem? They chop up your treehouse to make banners or something?
  6. Everything you've posted there relates to media perception and what a circus we look like to other clubs which no one gives a shit about. You've labelled people on the board fickle despite being consistent of their viewpoints and the general anti Ashley position as a Fanbase as a whole. Pardew despite your 'outlook' was in charge over periods in which we broke numerous poor club records. That's fact not opinion. His irrelevance aside, you're now attacking the same people for going after the person YOU believe is truly responsible. What point are you trying to make other than other people think we look silly? Which doesn't matter one bit. You still haven't used fickle correctly btw.
  7. What are you trying to contribute honestly. That post is utter bilge.
  8. So much wrong with that. WUM. Has to be.
  9. It apparently now means looking silly to people who don't give a shit/whose opinions don't really matter.
  10. WHO GIVES A FUCK ABOUT LOOKING FICKLE? It doesn't matter. If looking fickle means wanting better than a guy who gifts our nearest rivals points, ostracises players and breaks some of the poorest records going then Im happy to be fickle. Not that you know what it means.
  11. Leicester went down two leagues and won the championship at a canter. It really isn't that hard for a club of our size.
  12. Other than point out some pretty obvious facts on here to counter the bizarro logic that destroying the club to the point of it ceasing to exist is somehow an option, I'm not aware of a single thing I've done to support Ashley. wait not attending games and trying to get media attention on our plight is both pointless and ineffectual and destroying the club to the point of ceasing to exist at the same time? All this fear that something worse could come along, look around you, the club has ceased to exist, it's soul has been ripped apart, the worst thing has happened. Worst case scenario we have to start again from scratch if the club went totally under, but at least we may be able to rebuild it with some level of fan ownership and input. You're like someone trapped on a sinking ship refusing to get on a lifeboat in case that sinks Maybe you would feel better if you started to focus on what the best case scenario might be. The only people who look like they're on a sinking ship are those screaming at the top of their heads, abandon ship! abandon ship! All hope is lost! Maybe if you stopped screaming and took a deep breath, you might have noticed that I, like a lot of other fans who hate Ashley, have already abandoned ship, and are now floating calmly on the waters in our lifeboats, unpeturbed by each new iceberg strike, while we patiently wait for the ship to reach the dry dock, get repaired, and re-emerge in all her original glory. Now, do you still want to carry on figuring out how to sink the fucker with nuclear tipped torpedos so she sinks as fast as humanly possible and the insurance company can build you a tiny little fishing boat to replace our ocean liner. Or do you want to calm the fuck down and join us in the happy boat? Summed it up in your last sentence happy with this shit in the happy boat.
  13. Neville longbottom more like.
  14. Obsessed with outside perception. Who gives a fuck? The only time that should matter is when they should envy your success.
  15. 1. We look daft to clubs who don't give a shit. 2. Pardew left for a club who hired him on sentimental grounds and done his usual trick of looking alright for abut and therefore any criticisms/action sack pardew made are wrong. 3. Now they are targeting the person I believe is responsible I'm going to kick off anyway. Derp to the power derp.

I wouldn't take it. On gone basis I'd be fucking atrocious. He's never managed at the elite level with any success so he should hardly be amazed when it doesn't pay off. I wouldn't stick about if I was bad at something I love. I've done it before in jobs and I was totally right to do it.
  17. Pardew needed to go. No one thought he would miraculously change his stance and employ someone great. People had thought of that. He was performing poorly and in an 8 year contract with no fear of consequence. He's now gone. Where the issue? Look up fickle. These people were consistent with their views and who gives a fuck what any other fan of any other club thinks? Sick of this piss poor attitude. These people are trying to enact change but because you slap black and white stripes on it and call it newcastle united it's called poor logic to go against anything to do with it. What good did pardew do? Or kinnear? Or carver? Or llambias or Ashley? Nothing. So why kick off about it?
  18. Hooray - the voice of reason. Honestly, the utter negativity on this board worries me. Posters wanting us to get relegated? Like the WTF. No deal at all. How is it possible to be this f***ing thick? You want to stay in the PL achieving nothing whatsoever for the next 30 years? We'll lets get relegated then - it will fix all of our problems in a heartbeat. No one's said that and continuing to frame the issue in such a way is ridiculous. If you accept that Ashley's primary, almost sole motivation as NUFC owner is profit maximization (because that should be clear to everyone by this point), it logically follows that he would have less interest in holding on to a club that's failing to earn him money. Relegation would undoubtedly put a major dent in his pocketbook: the disparity in wealth between the PL and Championship is ridiculous. Of course it could backfire and we could "do a Leeds" (which is really not a legitimate reason to be worried about relegation considering the completely different circumstances surrounding Leeds and today's Newcastle). But holding fast where we are, ambition-less and content to simply exist as a PL team and nothing more, is clearly not ever going to force Ashley to reconsider his ownership of the club. Can't speak for others, but I have trouble accepting that tbh. The only thing I feel I know about Ashley is that he will categorically not be putting any more of his own money into the club and has been running it solely on that aim since his first year (not even sure he gives a toss about the piddling profits we now make). Getting relegated won't hurt him much personally or in the pocket, it'll just knock the club back into more cost cutting. If he's not motivated by maximizing profit and he's not motivated by competing, why the hell does he even bother owning the club? Why the hell would anyone bother owning a football club if not for one of those reasons? He bought it for fun. Fun stopped. As long as it doesn't cost him anything (which it wont bar a potential sale value drop), and nobody is willing to take it off his hands, he can just sit back and use it to flog SD for nothing. I'm more hopeful that he starts getting some enjoyment from it again than I am of him getting upset by things like relegation hurting paltry profits and walking. And that hope is negligible at best. Doesn't make it any less deplorable.
  19. This guys gone full retard.
  20. I'm actually lee charnley. He's just my big toe with some 3d glasses from the cinema on.
  21. How can you not read the opening post and waltz in with such shite? No one is changing clubs and piss off insinuating anyone on here is leaving to wait for a point where it's all rosy again. Noone should fund a toxic regime actively intentionally degrading and damaging this club. That's what's happening and sugarcoat that role however you like but don't paint those on here as fair weather glory hunters.
  22. You're advocating their practices by funding it. Is pretty simple. He's not giving away free tickets because he wants to exploit you. How fucking thick can you be?
