As for Smith, Nolan, Butt etc they are all hard tackling players, if they foul then more often than not they get carded (often on reputation). They can hardly be considered cheats, dirty perhaps but not cheats. Jonas is the most talented ball carrier in the division, if he could consistently cross a ball he would be in the Champions league, not the Championship, but he is a prolific diver, he goes down quicker than John Terrys girlfriends. This, an often overlooked aspect of a team that get's "too many" penalties. Sides that manage to spend a lot of time in the opposition's boxes are more easily in the receiving end of dubious penalty calls. Know what you mean, hope you get a fair result on Friday, the best two teams should get promoted, not the luckiest. Think its going down to the wire, Cardiff are a funny side, brilliant on their day, but prone to real off days.

5 month deal with a further year in the clubs favour, on a very cheap contract untill he proves his fitness, could be fit by April apparently. If it works out, a £5 million pound Premiership standard player for nothing, well, next to nothing. Small gamble but potentially very beneficial for the club. Jeremy Peace is a wizard around finance and player contracts, that is why we are one of the wealthiest clubs in the country!

Think you have done very well so far, never a question of whether you were good enough to bounce back, many relegated Premiership teams struggle to adapt when faced with Championship teams roughing up prima donnas and big time charlies. You have done the dirty stuff really well, you have a real goal threat for this division, time will tell if you can stay the course but so far so good, although the Leicester performance would be a bit worrying, Cardiff will be a good test of where you stand for the rest of the season, win that and I think you may well keep going at the top, lose and you a back among the chasing pack, it may get very difficult if teams stop fearing you!

Moses has been very promising for a couple of seasons, not sure he is what you want anyway with limited experience, we have gone for Dutch winger, with more experience and a more proven goalscorer, may prove to be a better bet for this season coming into the pressure of a promotion race!

Yep, be involved in a nasty relegation battle at a club that likely have 4 months left in the Premiership and will then disapear without a trace. Or be involved in a promotion push where he can establish himself and continue to improve followed by a full season in the Premiership at a much bigger club, I agree its a no brainer. You are not promoted yet, you may not be this season, I understand its a hard adjustment to make, you are a big club with fantastic support, but at the moment you are not competing with Wigan, they are a class above you!
