  1. Just because something is fine as it is doesn't mean it cant be improved. It was just a simple discussion, I personally do think our badge is starting to look a bit old-hat.
  2. What tradition is there with our badge? We've changed it loads of times... Maybe so, but Stoke and Fulham's respective efforts do nothing to reflect the character of their clubs and/or the city in which they're based. We might have changed ours, but it still has at least some resemblance to the club's original crest. Well our original crest is just the coat of arms of the city, and if i remember correctly, we only wore it in cup finals. Saying that, I'd like to just use the coat of arms of the city again.

  4. Not yet. Was tweeted to OfficialNUFC though so expect it to be in the club shop soon. Tis true! http://www.toffs.com/Newcastle_France-Le-Toon-Retro-Football-Shirt/productinfo/1536/?utm_source=Communicator&utm_medium=Email&utm_content=Untitled13&utm_campaign=Le+Toon+shirts+now+available! It's...It's beautiful
  5. I find it amazing that we have the 20th highest revenue out of any football club in the world.
  6. Just got in from the match. The atmopshere in the stadium was so hostile I have never seen anything like it. Don't blame anyone though. Terrible performance, Debuchy, Collo and Cabaye only bright sparks I thought.

Not sure if this has been posted... Apparantly was from some charity dinner the other night. Was asked to be not put on the internet...
  10. I wish we, the fans, owned at least half of the club like in Germany and like Barcelona/Real Madrid. At least then we'd feel like we have some control over our club..

Jonas Gutierrez picking up a Black Maserati at the dealer on Warwick Street. We made eye contact and shared a beautiful moment.

I now live in Newcastle but am originally from Birmingham and also have family in London, and Newcastle is by far my favourite city of those 3. London is just an urban mess as far as I'm concerned and is just too busy and too overwhelming. Obviously some people like that, but I hate it and can barely spend a day there. Newcastle has small enough to feel small but big enough to have everything you could need, I can see footballers wanting to be here, especially when they are young.
