My point was BDB has played left back countless times and only Gordon would be asked to play in the position that willock would have but I can see either happening

That's what I thought straight away but could be totally wrong. Gordon would arguably get through more work than him anyway and Gordon and Barnes doubling up on the left sounds unstoppable to me.

I thought he might go for Gordon in the willock role to limit totally changing everything around. That would have most playing in a position they're used to
