After getting hit hard the last time questions were asked of their credibility, in which there came out with a second statement, expect BZG to come out with a clearer and more detailed explanation as to what has happened/is happening soon. Someone is going to get blamed and it doesnt look like they are blaming themselves or Ashley to an extent. 1 thing is for sure and I have said this time and time again. The local journos have got no clue at all as to what is going on. This statement of sorts today have come with a surprise message and none of them had even a sniff of it.

Won't surprise me at all if the next statement released says we have been sold with Jose Mourinho as manager or the takeover has fell through and we have appointed Kevin Nolan as manager. Either of those two scenarios can happen. One question, if there is no takeover, why the fuck is it so hard and taking so long for either party to come out and admit it? In the event that BZG come out and say something, is there a chance its done and dusted and no one had a sniff of it? Im not sure what the actual process is after the fit and proper test, but is a statement needed to say its done or can all the process just be done and only then it is announced? Could just have their own man in mind. Mourinho maybe. What I think is that, BZG would probably want a manager that has a chance of instant success. Not to say Rafa couldn't have brought it but because he has always said that Newcastle is a project, perhaps it would have taken a year ot two to win a cup or achieve something major. They might want success quickly to show they are relevant and able to compete. So maybe Mourinho or someone else with history could be their choice.

It wont be a couple tho he probably wants it on the shirts as well If I was BZG and had shitloads of money, I'd agree to his demands for advertising.
