I personally think the stadium announcement by the refs is a good thing, however like everything FIFA introduces it's a half measure. All the refs are doing is announcing the decision, but not why they've come up with it, so it's just an elongated version of hand signals, so ultimately pointless.

Players develop a different points like, Anderson is still only 20, there is literally 0 reason why he couldn't get them minutes like Jones did this next season. To say he wasn't a member of the squad last season is just silly to be honest.

Anderson got nearly 500 minutes last season like, which isn't inconsequential and Howe constantly bigs him up, he's clearly trusted like. You also need to trust youth, as a fanbase we've always moaned about our youth setup, and we finally have a couple of players that could be decent at Premier League level, and people want to make it so they never get any game time.

It depends on what you class as creativity to be honest, here are the stats for the past four seasons in the Premier League for both expected goal and expected assists: Expected Assists Barnes = 13.9 ASM = 15.9 Expected Goals Barnes = 28.9 ASM = 12.7 So while ASM is slightly ahead on assists its actually kind of negligible, but the net gain in terms of goals is hugely superior for Barnes. Obviously this is just pure output, and doesn't show the amount of work that ASM does in terms of progressive carries etc, but it is a good indication that Barnes is at least on par with ASM in terms of creativity.
