Think its more about recovery time then anything else, as Isak looked like he was on the floor when he came off on Sunday, and with this game is such close proximity, probably just not quite at 100%, and when you have Wilson who is apparently also back to full fitness, and you have three games in a week, it makes sense to rotate.

Isak did look utterly knackered when he came off on Sunday to be fair, and Willock picked up a slight knock, so can understand the changes.

Don't know if anyone has listened to it, but The Sweeper Podcast is worth a listen, the guys presenting aren't the most natural presenters and are slightly dry, but it's a interesting podcast. Basically every two weeks they discuss stories from smaller countries (primary within UEFA) that don't really get any attention.
