Scandavians are essentially native speakers. he's just being humble. They have as good a grasp of the English language as anyone.
-
I'm always in stitches watching that. "Who do you think you are I am!"
-
Easy with 13 vs. 11.
-
Dortmund doing a Spurs as well. Bottlers.
-
That was just Rod wasn't it? as he absolutely hates Emery and Villa.
-
I was close.
-
So were we. There is a 1% chance they finish top four.
-
They're in the top four race the same way we were in the title race.
-
I don't think there's as much pressure on Ten Hag as people think. A lot of people didn't even think we'd finish in the top. Trophy is obviously great but if we didn't win one there wouldn't have been an uproar in his first season. It absolutely does come back to the poor spending though. And it's deeper than higher transfer fees. Phil Jones is still on £100k a week. Brandon Williams is on £65k a week. Sancho was made our third highest paid player ever behind De Gea and Ronaldo. he had just turned 22. Some disgusting financial decisions made. Just pure desperation.
-
I blame Ten Hag a lot for it if we're being serious. He has pretty much played his best team in every game. No rotation at all, and now everyone is dropping. We can still hang on with what we have but if someone like Bruno goes down next we are completely fucked. Not sure if there's a player who has more minutes across the top five leagues than Bruno, and that includes goalkeepers.

Hoping our reserves can get us over the line, in all three competitions.
-
Today, I am happy.
-
He's still good. But is good good enough? And is good worth £80m? He's much more suited to a back 5 or teams sitting deep. It was fine with us when we were solely counter attacking and didn't care about controlling games. He's out of his depth now. The drop off from Varane and Martinez to Maguire is staggering.
-
Which is why the whole "they've spent a billion quid" argument is stupid. It was spent on absolute dross by a waste of a board. Maguire and Pogba account for £170m of that like.
-
Probably. Shaw might be trusted in CB instead. Varane should make it back before the end of the season. Worth noting we're still in two other competitions as well. These injuries are pretty crippling.
-
Varane will make it back before the end of the season but out for a month or so. We will go to Sevilla next week without Fernandes, Varane, Martinez, Garnacho and possibly without Rashford and Shaw. This is fine. It's all fine.
-
You're all getting a bit too literal. All we hear is how we're bad without Casemiro. Now we're bad without Rashford and/or Martinez. How many more players do you want to lump in? But yes given that we have played more games than anyone else, are still fighting in every competition, and already have significant injuries and suspensions, losing Rashford and Martinez is a blow.
-
How would you be without Botman and Isak?
-
Out for the season, but not an achilles injury by the sounds of it so back for preseason.
-
-
Great to see you boys wishing injuries on our players again. Stay classy.
-
Someone is getting Phillips for cheap in the summer you'd think.
-
If the Glazers are still there, probably not.

Longevity has to be a factor when naming someone as the best ever in a competition. Bruno Fernandes would be our greatest ever player if it was only based on 12-18 months.
