Schar was our motm against Leeds yet I see people picking lascelles in there starting lineups. I'd stick with schar and let lascelles be on the bench. Don't fancy lascelles up against richarlison gray at all penalty waiting to happen.

Playing miggy though would create space for our midfielders to score which might be a better bet than a static gayle

Personally I think gayle is finished when Wilson originally got injured he stuck maxi up top instead of playing gayle. Got to be miggy in my book he scored a fair few at atlanta didn't he? Plus his pace will be much needed aswell as his runs.

Surely we go with miggy if wood gets injured. He would stretch other teams back fours with his runs. He might not score a ton but should bring our willocks et Al in to play.

Seems to be the problem with these wingers they seem to cut inside by default and shoot. Not like a Keith Gillespie type that would whip in constant balls for the striker to attack.

Isn't it the job of the wingers to find him with passes? And get him involved in build up play,which I saw nothing at all from frazer and maxi all game. Totally isolated him I think.

I just hope frazer and maxi actually try and find wood with some decent balls, instead of coming inside all the time.
