Funny how their situation always improves in conjunction with the team though ? There is a reliable way just the minority don’t agree with it. And for this game as a standalone I genuinely don’t think the club could’ve been much fairer than they have been. I remember going to every single home game when KK got us promoted getting into ground 2hrs before KO then come Leicester City (7-1) I was locked out for it when they played their final game and were presented with the trophy… running around each of the turnstiles of the full ground to see if any of them were letting in anybody still ?

Lower bowl also plenty of availability but behind the goal clearly the most popular. If you want safe standing very few in 132-134 so best to head to 135 first.

I think the way P4&5 have to look at it is the criteria could’ve been slightly different and all the tickets could’ve easily gone to P1-3. There’s always going to be an argument either way. For example I think P6 should possibly be ahead of P5 or classed as a joint pot.

I wonder if it’s the luck of the draw each pot or if they are doing it this way so they can look further into your purchase history. EG The club is down to the last ticket and has two P6 fans for that one ticket. Names in a hat or sly look to see if one joined at takeover stage or if one has been a previous ST holder etc. Same for other pots P5&6 as you’d imagine it’s these 3 periods that will be the oversubscribed ones.

Everyone needs to stop getting hung up about receiving an email as not need to access your Period if eligible. Just go into site usual way is fine logged on. However you should be checking your a/c and make sure club has email address for ticket purchase confirmation. Maybe they are finding it’s way into your Junk folder.

With cup final upon us I noticed this footage come of the Merseyside Cup Final 1986. Remember seeing it at the time live on TV and it being joked about and it has always stuck with me. Alway have been of the opinion that the fans would’ve played a small part in the disaster as this thing went on on all the time and still does to this day as recently as the Wembley Euro England v Italy final. The fact they never except even 1% of the blame I always feel goes against them amongst general opposing fanbases who are being fed the entirely blameless narrative which has continued at similar high profile finals involving them when similar incidents of ticketless barging into games at Istanbul and in particular Athens. The press were a disgrace and so were some of the police force on the day and even worse subsequently with their cover up for the mistakes they made. However there will always be some fans who I wonder if are able to sleep at night who turned up without tickets that fateful day…
