How is he suggesting she's inferior?
-
But it'd be the same if he made it to a man, which he very well could have. He probably is a dinosaur but we'll get nowhere trying to hammer home that point as people are clearly sick of it. The major issue is that he threatened to slap a reporter.
-
I think it's daft that sex is even brought up tbh.
-
We had loads of chances in extra time after they got the man sent off, naturally enough. Don't think we created that much in the 90 minutes. Having loads of shots doesn't necessarily mean you're creating chances either I never said it did Did Gayle make it to extra time? I cannot remember, pretty sure he missed a couple 11v11 though, maybe remembering it wrong.
-
Pretty sure we had several chances like but ballooned them all wide. I remember Gayle missing a couple.
-
There has to be some truth to that like, no way these twitter daft cunts bring some of their nonesense up around the dinner table.
-
Hull defended well and limited us infront of goal with the aid of bad weather.
-
It's not really sexist like*, just a completely ridiculous comment from a blatant weirdo. *although he probably is.

it's not even that she's a women, you cannot go around telling people you're going to slap them

Newcastle United vs Burton Albion - Midweek @ 19:45 (No TV)
Hanshithispantz replied to HaydnNUFC's topic in Football
We've only had a couple of comfortable games since December. -
It's impossible to get any joy from the derby - win or lose - because of their complete disregard for logic. I just want them to get on with their own thing in the Championship so I can blissfully ignore them.
-
It's not how I dream of us playing (ie old school 4-4-2/4-3-3 with pace and flare and a complete disregard to defending) but it's not boring. I think our ugly performances have come with a combination of a lack of quality, teams giving their all against us, and his instructions being abandoned when it isn't going well. Although he plays a rigid structure he's not going to have us playing hoofball every game, he wants us to control most games.

A true manager like Monk or Wagner would have been in there with a flying elbow.

If we hadn't brought Rafa in we might have matched that Villa points haul at the end of the season. We wouldn't have but anyway that's not the argument. The argument is that we were not almost as bad as them last season and we were starting from a higher base this season. For example 7 of our starting lineup today were here last season while Villa had 3 in their starting lineup that were here last season Villa gave up pretty early on like, they went through 2 managers and played a lot of the season without one. They won 1 point (against us) in about 15 games or something stupid like that to end the season. They were awful, but still had a few decent players and a better shell than many in the Championship with enough money to do something. Di Matteo was horrible though, Bruce finally looks to have sorted them out. If we'd gotten someone like Di Matteo we'd have been fucked.
-
It gets overlooked but he let quite a few players just leave who I think many managers would have forced to stay. Anyone who wasn't 100% on board was either loaned out or sold - it was all about building a functional squad who want to play with each other and for the club. He clearly gets it and I cannot fathom how any Newcastle fan could hold a grudge against him to this point.
-
Are you blind? We were almost as bad as Villa were last season and we were in total turmoil until Rafa came in.

Are you blind? We were almost as bad as Villa were last season and we were in total turmoil until Rafa came in. We finished 20 points ahead of Villa last season We were only 8 ahead when McClaren left like, and in abysmal form.

what's pathetic is knocking Benitez's achievement this season because some German bloke had Huddersfield on a good run.
-
Aye. See Aston Villa.

Newcastle United promoted back to the Premier League

A tubby Nolan would walk into our side like As would like 7-8 others from that team -
And we're top of the league and on course to be comfortably promoted. He's done exactly what was expected of him. I mean aye, you can argue Wagner has 'done better' with his resources but it's not really a fair argument considering he's still 10 points behind with a 4 goal positive difference. It wouldn't be out of the realms of possibility that Rafa would have done the same if not better had he been managing Huddersfield, and that Wagner would have us outside of the automatics if he was here.
-
Wagner and and Monk doing well doesn't detract from the fact Rafa is well on course to finish comfortably over 90 points with a side that was hurriedly thrown together.

Newcastle United promoted back to the Premier League

They smother teams and went through a period where everyone was shit scared of them, they've been sussed now. Happened to us earlier in the season but we've been far better than them outside of our purple patches.
