I only saw a little bit of the game but Holtby's movement looked class. Also his accent is mental, I know he has English parents (or an English parent) but for living in Jormany all his life there's very little German twang in his English accent.

I'm not saying I don't thinkn he's a top 50 player fwiw, but you could certainly make a decent argument for it. Nobody has even touched on the Brazilian, Portuguese & Russian leagues yet for a start. It's all about perceptions at the end of the day.

Honestly you could easily make a case for him not even being in the top 50, that's no disrespect to him, there's just a fuck ton of great players at or around his level (Reus, Schurrle, the Bender twins, Hummels, Blaszczykowski, Lewandowski ect).
