Lingard will instantly improve us. Yes, he's not the most fantastic player ever, but people need to ask themselves if he improves us and the answer is yes.

I totally agree. We need at least 3 new players before the end of the window. 1 centre back and 2 central midfielders. That's the bare minimum we need. We might as well completely write this game off. I'm not even sure I'm going to watch it

Of course we would/will but we have a summer transfer window to do that.
