Must be great to have a manager who doesn't just send his side out to sit back and hope for the best. Villa have gone to Old Trafford and basically matched Man Utd. Imagine Bruce sending us out there.

That letter was released yesterday, no one said much about it. Them 1 person said "its embarrassing" and about 8 people within an hour follow suit. First I've seen of it is now. So I'm commenting now. When I fix my time machine though, I'll be sure to comment yesterday too. And the letter's a fucking mess. It's surely not hard to find someone who can compose something coherent, yet they've gone with this. It's terrible. Absolutely fuming!

My assumption was that Ashley's case is about financial compensation for him, nothing to do with trying to force through the takeover. That's not what arbitration is though.

Absolutely crazy how he has all these different stats against him yet its us Newcastle fans being unrealistic in our expectations.

I have hope but I am expecting the worst. The reason I have hope is because that's all that I have left after 28 years supporting NUFC. If as expected it does go tits up, that is me finished with football at this level as there is literally no point in supporting it. The premier league exists to protect the top 6 and nobody else is allowed to challenge them (long term). Everyone is expected to just be happy with finishing 7-17th every single year. It totally makes the whole thing pointless for every other club. I'd probably start following one of my local sides.
