  1. Eh? Clutching at straws here mate. Quit while you're behind...
  2. It was one game he refused to play in or do you not follow issues at Newcastle? Obviously not. Like i said, go and hide as i don't see why you are sticking up for the Toon legend that is - XISCO!!! Have you slept with him. He likes men you know!
  3. That article has nothing to do with the one i was on about but only back's up my argument. In fact it makes it even better hahaha! That makes it twice now that he refused to play. Your argument is becoming more and more "Laughable". Take a bow and then go and hide...

    Season Tickets

To be honest that would be my preferred choice. I've been going since the early 80's and the Gallowgate has always been the "home" end as far as i'm concerned although i'm aware that people aged 45+ would disagree with me mind. I just think it's the best stand in terms of it's design for generating the most noise and other added bonuses are that the upper tier has very few season ticket holders in it at present and a lot of those who are there this season (upper tier) already stand/sing for the 90 minutes. Add that to the fact that it's always been the end that the players like to attack in the 2nd half and it's a no brainer as far as i'm concerned. The argument about it not being near enough to the away fans doesn't wash with me. If you look at the traditional "home ends" in England like the Kop, the Holte end, Stretford End, The old North Bank and so on they were always at the opposite end of the ground to the away support but it didn't stop them making a hell of a din when they wanted to. At least you said it at the end there My dad (R.I.P) always said to me that when he used to go in the 70's and 80's that the Leazes end was always the end to be in. My season ticket app came through the door yesterday anyway. Gunna sign up to the 10 year thing and freeze my price. Taking out the annual Direct Debit as i like to pay for things upfront so i don't have the bill each month
  5. When did i say i could provide evidence? I said i'd read it at the time, which i did. Why would i make it up exactly? Quotes were from JFK and Xisco (who like i said was saying why he refused to play). Obviously you have chose to think i'm making it up (for some reason ), so that's fine. I know what i read at the time and if you choose to think otherwise then fine, carry on...
  6. Well, no. It was 2 years ago. You're making this all up, btw. A few (figure of speech) years ago when actually it was 2 years ago. Looks like you're right, there is my argument fucked. I was totally making it up. Well done for catching me out on making all that up.
  7. He would say "hello" to Keegan? There was me thinking Keegan left as Xisco and Nacho were signed. What was it, a passing hello as want want in the door and the other went out?
  8. Absolute nonsense. Have you actually watched much of Taylor? He loves running the ball out from the back. In my book, his biggest problem is that he thinks he's some sort of Beckenbauer, when he should just stick to basics. The idea that Williamson is better than him in the air ("wins everything in the air" my arse) is equally misguided. I agree with your first point about Taylor, sometimes he takes it too far. Your second point though i open to question, i'm not sure Taylor is better in the air than Williamson. Overall though, i'd rather have Mike at the back than Taylor as i think Taylor is far to dodgy and i never feel confident when he is at the back.
  9. Happy Birthday Bobby. Never forget.
  10. I think it was in the chronicle a few years back when JFK was here. There were quotes from both Kinnear and from Xisco as to why he didn't want to play for the reserves. As for a link? We were talking 3 years ago here so fuck na's where i could find that.
  11. Not true. Since? Xisco was sent off while playing for the reserves so I'm not sure that he refused to play. Nowt to do with his sending off on mackemland, not sure why you thought of that? Under Joe Kinnear he refused to play for the reserves. Fact.

  13. Crap player in my eyes. Refused to play for the reserves as well as i thought he should be in the first team :| I've heard people say "give him a chance, he hasn't had one" Yes he has, but when he has been on the pitch he has looked fucking shite so why put him back on the field for us? Based on what, why does he deserve a chance?

    Sunderland...

I'm sure they lost to Notts County AT HOME didn't they? Or did i just dream that? At least they had a good crowd though, oh wait, maybe not. 17,000 with 3,000 county fans hahahahahhaha!!! Plus all the free tickets they give away - mint fans.
  18. I don't think they will, they'll say it was dangerous play.

    Alan Pardew

3 wins, 3 defeats in all competitions so far.
  20. I don't see the need to go to the press but i actually agree with Pardew. He certainly has the potential to become a good player it's just whether he knuckles down or not.

    Pitch invasion...

What the fuck did he do that for?
  22. [ 17582 I believe the radio said. 31,000 empty seats. Impressive. Is that after they give away free tickets to the schools as well?
