Man Utd are probably the best example (English example anyway) for this. Ferguson tends to get the right balance of youth and experience and if he thinks he has a youth player that's good enough he isn't afraid to play them in the league.

And for some reason they didn't bid that for Mata, a guy who scored or assisted 30 goals last season. I thought they did? Mata said he turned down approaches from Arsenal and Spurs because he wanted to win things, which is why he chose Chelsea. Or something along those lines.
