6. The signings we made have all been good ones imo, however we failed to get a CB or striker in. If we'd brought in players for those positions I'd have been very happy. As it stands I'm pretty much content.

Krul Simpson - Saylor - Colo - Santon Cabaye - Tiote Jonas/Marv - Ben Arfa - Jonas/Marv Best/Ba Against some teams I'd consider Ba out wide. Still got the options of Obertan and the youngsters or playing a 4-4-2 rather than a 4-2-3-1. We've still got options despite the joke of not signing a striker in the transfer window.

Ashley and Co are c***s and there's no way past that, all these class signings must be some kind of accident or - ah got it.. they'll sell for more. He went on loan to Sampdoria for half a season last season (I think). No idea how well he did there. I'd much rather we permanently sign a striker (Maiga or Roux, most likely) and pass on this completely.
