No way did Pardew tell us to sit back and defend after opening the scoring, absolute shit man. Just nonsense.

I've reserved my judgement on this lad in hope he would come good but starting to think that regardless if he plays for France or not, he's simply not good enough, maybe it's league, maybe it's his ability, i don't know. This a 6 million upgrade on Simpson, i know i've said this before but so far he isn't showing anywhere near his worth and my biggest grief with him is that he plays that fucking Simpson esque cross/aimless pass into the box, time and time again and it's infuriating.

Probably still trying find positives from the game, it can't be easy for him to get his head around reality. I'm eagerly awaiting his reappearance Even money he says Saturday was a blip and Pardew will put things right by inspiring a performance and 3 points on Saturday. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest, but after the Villa posturing he's been awfully quiet since Sorry for late replies, i apologised for my Villa excitement and like you said stayed low for a while, i was actually going to stay low after Hull if we won but i gathered my name would be mentioned on here and didn't want to think i was hiding or possibly suicidal Was it a blip? Possibly. We'll know more about the character in this squad after next Monday's performance to see how they bounce back from this. Was thinking Pardew had picked the right side, he made the subs i would have done but obviously it boils down to more than just that and it's a case of why his game plan couldn't break down Hull and create many chances along with why we were so sloppy defensively. I personally think if you score two goals at home you should be winning the game, no excuses for how badly we defended as a team on Saturday, defending set pieces is starting to become a bigger problem than our attacking set pieces, shocking organization again and not just for the goal. I'm not doom and gloom you'll not be surprised to know that however, still believe in this side to come good, was a major setback for how we could have really kicked on from that Villa win and we've let ourselves down immediately but we've got a game on Wednesday just to steady that with a few changes to the team, come through that then see how we fair at Everton, which will be a tough tough game but do think like the Villa game there could be something in it for us if we put in the kind of performance in that I know we are capable of.

Reading past pages seems the momentum has totally swung back in favour of the doubters, which isn't surprising, did expect that, i for one am bitterly disappointed at the way we performed as a team on Saturday. Can't say i seen that coming, really expected 3 points and was most confident going to the ground than i had been for a long time. Hard to point fingers at anyone, think the team as a whole let the club down, Pardew needs to take responsibility for why he couldn't manage to come up with a game plan to break Hull down and create more chances. Hoping this was a one off, look back at our defensive errors and look to why we lacked creativity and hopefully put that right next Monday. What i will say is after that performance i'll hold my hands up and say now is the time to swap Cisse for Gouffran but i'm still not convinced on peoples opinions of Cabaye needs to play in that advanced role, much prefer him picking up the ball deeper and dictating our play, think he struggles to have same impact when in the hole behind Cisse. Saying this, the two i mentioned here who may need shuffled both created our goals.

Our best player in first half against City, mom against West Ham, came off bench to win us the game against Morecambe, won mom against Fulham, another mom against Villa… needs to get some consistency this fella.
-
See i would have him more like a Hazard then a Cazorla, just opinions and how you see the game i suppose.
-
Shame, i'll wait for VI, he'll know Ramos’ social life down to a tee.
-
Is he one of these players that just turns up as it's his job then when he leaves training he has no interest in the game? Because that is obscene football knowledge to seemingly not have a single clue what Gareth Bale was about?
-
Walcott has two attributes better than Ben Arfa, pace and fitness. I think that's about as far as it goes.
-
Basically replace Ben Arfa with Walcott in our team and watch him fail.
-
I'm one of them I like that, hands up and just admit your wrong. Good stuff.

Quite a few, aye? Er, aye? Name and shame....

Do you think people would react to a footballer coming out gay in the stadiums? Say for instance, Santon came out and said he was gay (I’m not saying he is), do you think he would be subjected to taunts from away fans, do you think there would be some home fans who hurl a mouthful of gay comments towards him if say he bottled a tackle? How would the english game react if a footballer came out? Would it be brushed off or would he be subjected to certain abuse for it?
-
Ozil and Mata, maybe Hazard. Well i said those 3, i said Cazorla/Oscar is debatable, haven't seen enough of Eriksen to judge and Walcott was a laughable choice.
-
Just out of curiosity, a mackem i know, has just said after HBA's latest comments, ‘Cazorla/Ozil/Walcott/Mata/Hazard/Oscar/Eriksen are all better than Ben Arfa’, how many of them would you agree with? Or is there anyone else in the league that is better who he hasn’t said?

I thought they were a bit 'gayish' but just assumed they wanted that sort of flamboyant style which would stand out. So here we are, rainbow laces. Think the whole campaign is going to be a real struggle to take off when they haven't managed to get a top gay footballer to come out and front it (unless I’ve missed him), instead Joey Barton is doing the honours, fair play to him like. Are you chaps serious here? Have you never seen a rainbow flag? After a quick google search i now have. Now i know why i see them wristbands at foreign music festivals i've been too. Learn something new everyday

So why would he feel the need to come on here to prove a point to you? Let him enjoy his hols, everyone deserves a summer holiday. What are you banging on about Neesy? Seriously? Who mentioned anything about him having to come on here to prove a point to me? Why would he need to do that? Honestly, you have a real knack for just jumping into other peoples posts two footed and making a real tit of yourself.

what can I say, the emotion overcame me at the end of the game. Well obviously i was referring to you as the true great....
-
Horrible being jealous of an idiot who has shared such a moment with a true great!

Coming down from a high is a bitch like. I got carried away, I'm sorry. Forgive me boys and girls, I'll try and hold my excitement bunch of emotions in tact next time....still probably catch myself smiling at the thought of Ben Arfa playing in a black and white shirt however. No trophies though...unfortunately.
-
Just to make it clear, I don't want to be associated with any trophy acclaim when we fail to win anything. Even I haven't got the optimism for that! Christ, had better sides and managers than this and still failed!

The negativity has nothing to do with this weekend, I'm sure everybody is happy for a change. The hype following that performance is far too early and that shouldn't need pointing out but it clearly does. Yeah i can certainly see why the doubters don't want to get excited just yet, i'm pretty sure they will stand up soon though and start to take notice of what we actually have here. Laughing at yourself, I guess you now know how we feel. I was actually laughing at the fact you posted that comment, then about half an hour later, quoted my same post and wrote the same comment again, should have posted Dejavu with my smiley but nevermind....carry on Mikey.
