Maybe in a business sense it's fine. But, I never really like it when managers talk about other players. We hate Redknapp for it and Rodgers for now chatting about it. Would seem pretty hypocritical if we liked it when Pards did it
-
Hmm, he's telling the truth like but it strikes me as saying too much really

Far better vision, close control and passin than Henderson. I actualy don't know what qualities Henderson has, apart from a drooping jaw and shit for brains
-
In fairness, Joe Allen is a step above the midfielders they bought last summer but that money is fucking stupid

Nice reference, Porteous and those two is the most mismatched group you could make -

Cheers I have always like Saylor. He seems to be one of those guys that you can have a beer with down at the bar. Thats mainly the reason that I got him on my first top back in 2007 Aye, he went to my school. Don't remember him being that much of a character then, just remember him being class at football and being far more physically mature than all the other lads in his year -

Saylor is hilarious like, pretty sure he'd be working in a call centre for his life if he hadn't made it in sport. Welcome to the forum man -
Think he's 17 and a half now. Born on 1st Jan 1995. I've not seen him at all but followed a lot of stuff on him, will hopefully catch him in a reserve game this season
-
Must be the pull of Steve Kean
-
'load of bullshit' by the press more like. Normally I wouldn't believe it but Im sure I remember something on BBC sport along with a few others. Also, I remember him gesturing to his players to come over a few times. Maybe you've got a point tiresias but hes never struck me as being that likable - managing Chelsea certainly didnt help
-
Last year, there were several articles about how he'd told the players to come over and celebrate with him after a goal to build team spirit. Was incredibly fake and happened a couple of times but was a load of bullshit really as by most accounts he was disliked
-
AVB's shit voice, shit stance on the sidelines, shit chat. I know there's the Bobby connection but I really think the guy is a bellend. All that stuff about telling the players to celebrate goals by going over to him and his talk about Chelsea since going to spurs is just poor decision making by him
-
Sounds like you made a good account of yourself

Man, a new level of awesome. What a narrative arc

Luke Edwards needs to find himself another job if he thinks Llorente's going to Sunderland
-
I think the major problem on this one was Davide's girlfriend and Pardew's tongue
-
Not even slightly concerned about Ba's form in the upcoming season. Think we'll see him re-energised and lethal again. The lad's a really natural striker of the ball with good movement and excellent technique. His form in the latter part of last season was probably his worst form over the past few years, it's meaningless
-
Llorente and Doumbia then. Bless them. Can't wait to see who they actually sign You know it's going to be Samaras and Hutton. Once Marty gets the cheque book out and uses his Irish charm, they're as good as signed
-
Steal one of their NETD mugs and scribble NESC on it for North East Shittest Cats - Hahahah

Class as always

Cannot fucking wait until the new season. This summer's been/will continue to be packed with sport but the only things I really got into were the French Open/Wimbledon. Olympics will be quality for a few events but man, need some football back in my life
-
I didn't mean that his attitude would let him down, there are just a lot of players who don't get to the level they should. It's pretty obvious, in my opinion, that he's the most talented of the group. I really hope he has a great season
-
I reckon Sammy has the most potential but could easily not realise it. Want to see more of Abeid because I think he looks solid in most aspects of his game. Ferguson has definitely done the best so far but if he can't stay clear of injuries he doesn't have a chance
-
What I like about Sammy is, he does the unexpected. He's definitely got a lot of creativity up his sleeve and if he can get confidence, a lot of run outs and get a few performances in, I really think this could be a big breakthrough season for him.
