This fair play league needs to be done away with because it's a disgrace. Either do it properly or not at all. Whoever compiles this shit needs a P45 and a queue pass to the job centre because they're shit

Too many people are guided by the derby results. See Raylor/Shola. I know you're a fan but I think far too many people put an onus on it and read into it too much. Pardew will get slaughtered if we lose and probably to unfair levels but I would like to think that level-headed supporters would also be frustrated with him if we don't put in a performance. The cracks in our play are showing far too much for a side that is putting out Cisse/Ba/Cabaye/Tiote/Santon/Colo/Krul and should be putting out Ben Arfa. To think we drew against Wolves at home after their managerial issues with those players at our disposal is very poor

Completely, he's not a footballer. He's a dead ball specialist and able to cross when not under pressure. You ask him to do any other footballing basics; dribbling, passing, positioning, tackling and he looks like a championship player at best

At the end of the season, the scores should go down to 1-1 or whatever the equivalent will be dependent on the Parky-Dalglish scores rather than these high scores. Personally, I don't think they deserve a point for being completely shit. Cardiff were the better team all the way through apart from for the penalties where they were probably the worst team penalties I've seen for a few years. Liverpool are in decline and this undeserved trophy is evidence of it. Just can't see them getting a CL spot for a long time

Pleased for Wenger, has achieved an enormous amount in the game whilst playing football that everyone recognises as being in the top five-ten teams in the world. I don't believe they'll challenge for the title again under Wenger but I do think they'll play far better football than they have done this season and will be a force. What he's done for that club cannot be underestimated and if I was an Arsenal fan I'd be firmly in the camp of supporting him. If we'd had someone of his quality in long-term (Bobby and Keegan had such short spells) we'd have won the PL

At first I was gutted that they won the cup but now I actually couldn't care less. they were fucking shit, I mean appalling for a lot of the game and this will continue. If they keep Dalglish at the helm and sign players like they did in the summer, Liverpool are dropping out of the top six. Disgusting team of convicts, racists and aggressive alcoholics

Early frontrunner for Football post of the year 2012. Completely true as well.
-
Disagree about the defending part Heza and you're right,he can strike the ball well in open play but only of given a lot of time and space.he can't make either of those things for himself which is a flaw.he shouldn't be starting but he's had his best season of his career and even if he was to continue to play at his optimum he'd never be good enough
-
Scoring free kicks is a bonus.what you want in any player on the pitch is the ability to link play, pass it,have some movement and instinct to get in the right places.Raylor can strike a ball from dead ball situations, his one use is pointless when we had other players with more uses
-
Support should always be support while at the game.booing and loud moaning is pathetic.save the criticism for after the game.some of the shit you hear at games makes you think people aren't even watching it or following the game.just give it large for the lads
-
He's a nobody who never ever offers insight, never says anything interesting and barely understands the game from a footballing side of it.he quotes stats and cliches one after the other because he's got nothing else to give
-
Think the point I wanted to make was, performances over a long period will equal great points but accumulating a lot of points through poor performances gives me no confidence that we'll continue to pick up points.I'm not disregarding our points tally,it's superb and Pardew has made us hard to beat and organized but I personally think people are kidding themselves if they think we can continue to be top six contenders and pick up lots of points if these performances continue
-
Mate, everyone expects him to leave.dont understand this frustrating player tag, raylor is frustrating, obertan is frustrating,Simpson and shola too.when Hatem loses the ball,at least you know he's going tonmake some kind of chance happen 1 in 3 times he's on the ball unlike others who just piss it up without even trying to open up other teams
-
Mick's just nailed it an has been saying what Wullie,HTT and myself have for a while.there have been others too but now I feel like there's a change happening throughout the support.long term success is building a team that understands how to play together, where everyone has a role and contributes.long term success for me is passing and moving the ball round well.how many top four/five sides in the last decade have moved it round as badly as we do?success isn't points man,not in the long term,it's football and we've shown so few signs this season that pardew can get us to play football.I could understand it if we had last year's squad.but now?no thanks
-
Just go away Simpson, you've had your goalline clearances but that's about it.go pick up your pay packet elsewhere because at nufc,no one rates you
-
Raylor will get a red of he starts,my prediction.Indent low what to go for here, 1-0.scrappy goal.
-
Maybe that's why he didn't make it as a striker... I haven't seen him strike the ball much from his Inter days or while at NUFC so I don't know but he's got the other attributes to be a striker and was moved so we'll have to see

voted good twice before. voted ok this time. The more time you give, the more you learn obviously and I haven't seen anywhere near enough fluidity from us or attacking intent. I forgave the poor performances at the start-middle of the season because players were gelling and there was a lot to be worked out, obviously the results were superb and I just thought 'wow, we're getting these results and we're not even close to being a team yet' but as time has gone on, we've not looked anymore like a team and players have played far worse than their talent suggests they can play. I'm worried about our style of play and have been for a few months and it's not results that will change that for me, but performances. I am disappointed, more so because I feel we were sold a few cheap lies by Pardew about our style of play. Pick it up Pards, stability will help us to success but no amount of stability coupled with poor management will get us anywhere. You have some great players and you'll get more in the summer, get the team playing as one.
-
Gonna haunt nufc when he goes unless marveaux really recovers because if obertan or raylor are our future options you can tell top six to fuck off
-
Been a problem most of the season relying on demba.have we really dominated teams enough, really controlled games offensively?not for me and that's due to pardew's philosophy because we have the players
-
Just awful, pardew takes most of the blame in my opinion.we've played bad this season a fair amount and pulled through.today we just played bad.I'm sorry but we've got some superb players.if you can't get tennis to work together pards then you're not good enough.Ben arfa was streaky and poor on the ball but at least he threatenedthem and I'll say one more thing,Simpson should never cross a ball again in his life.I can cross better than him,it's a disgrace
-
3-1 Demba x 2 Cabaye go away wolves
-
I disagree mate,I'm from Whitley bay but I don't think you can quantify passion.sure there's a pride in the city and everything there is about Newcastle but there's obviously got to be a massive connection and passion for people outside of Newcastle because it's so much more difficult to be immersed in it.when I see the efforts some people go to watch nufc matches from around the world and how Rey follow newcastle's every move, that shows unbelievable love for the club
-
Talk in with Peter Beardsley in the autumn where Peter Beardsley basically said that HBA was a fantastic player and an exceptional talent but was also the laziest kid he'd ever met. Like most people could give a shit seeing as it doesn't impact him on match days
-
Reefatoon, Canuck and formerly Christmas Tree hate the Ben Arfa fans. So, they hate most fellow supporters. If you took a poll of who people would prefer to have on the right from all NUFC supporters. Ben Arfa would get over 80% of the vote
