  1. Heitinga on a free. We were linked to him before. Pardew's probable English selection: Sidwell, Albrighton, Lescott, Etherington Damien Duff got released by Fulham too.
  2. And of all clubs, Chelsea are actually within FFP rules with those sales.
  3. They don't give a damn. Their president's already said it will change nothing. http://www.espnfc.com/news/story/_/id/1824845/players-want-have?cc=4716 As if Platini would ban them from European competitions either.

    Paul Dummett

I see. Still no explanation for the hot dog though.

The milk thing is a way to say you're gay. Milk -> semen Most other tweets don't make sense even to me when I try to back-translate them into Spanish So bad milk = bad semen? And bad milk comes from the hot dog then?

    Paul Dummett

Probably gonna feed him bad milk and hot dogs.

    Paul Dummett

Most of these tweets are hilarious, bad google translate jobs. Fly in the sky. Needs a gif special.
  8. This Angel Correa any good? Trade him for Colo.

    Papiss Cissé

Much exaggeration. Even if I doubt we would see him recover his form here.
  10. Started out as a LB, but was moved to CB pretty quickly if i recall. http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/stefan-radu/leistungsdaten/spieler/44420 http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/stefan-radu/leistungsdaten/spieler/44420/saison/2012 Transfermarkt says otherwise though.
  11. Anyway, isn't he more of a LB? Doubt Pardew would be happy with a CB standing at a mere 6".
  12. Because our defence leaks goals for fun as well. Eh? Our defence, it ain't so good. Just curious about the extent you went to change my post.

  14. We need one but whether the club would sanction another signing while we are doing 'fine' with those we have is another matter.
  15. This part is interesting though. Again, can't see Pardew rejecting a 6'4" defender.
  16. Can't see us paying £8m for a 27yo centre-back, especially when we already have four.
  17. Didn't see him complaining when he signed that huge contract.

    Adam Armstrong

I was wondering if Maarten Stekelenburg had retired to take over the U-17 side.
  19. The one where Dummett got a daft red for? I see no mention of his tackle.
  20. Probably like what Danishmag said, that his agent thinks he can make use of the Webster ruling. Unfortunately for him, he's ill-informed if he thinks he can get his client away that easily. Isnt the Webster thing for under 2 years on a contract or over 3 years into it? The whole story sounds a pile of s**** tbh seeing as it claimed his deal ran out in 18 months 3 years into a contract if you sign it before 28; two years if you sign it after 28. It's all moot anyway since it has been superseded by the Matuzalem ruling; you won't get a cheap release into the next lucrative contract at the expense of your club anymore. Sissoko has been here for 18 months and presumably his agent meant the Webster ruling in another 18 month's time.
  21. My guess is (or in their heads) Ayoze for Ameobi Colback for Cabaye Cabella for HBA Probably a striker like Gomis, then that's it unless it's one out, one in. Not far off iyam. And that would be 40-50m in transfer fees, sign-on fees and wages over 5 years. Can't have us spending more on proper replacements or we'll be the next Portsmouth anarl.
  22. As a deal by itself, there isn't much wrong in signing Ayoze. Ultimately, we will still need to replace Remy, Cabaye, Hatem with quality and not sub-par signings. Beyond that, we also need to sign at the very least, another striker and winger. And we have enough money in the bank to do all that, so failure to do so will not be acceptable. I'm not holding my breath though. The players we are strongly linked with tells you nothing has changed. Sign Ayoze, Colback, Cabella and maybe a couple more, and we would be almost done with the summer. Net spend of 15-20m and they will get bums on seats again.
