  1. Aye the next match being in the Carabao is perfect for his return.
  2. Definitely seems on a, new, higher level today (Liverpool bias).
  3. Not enjoying watching us so far this season. Still early but we certainly need to improve in every area of play.
  4. I went to Sunderland away with a mate when we were 12. Football Special train too, cannot imagine I'd let my own kids or grandkids anywhere near that now.
  5. Had my usual spot in the West Paddock for the day. Changed my preferred place to the Scoreboard for the next couple of years. Incredible times.

    Marc Guehi

He has but very guarded. He did say he expects Guehi to play today.

    Marc Guehi

Parish currently on Talksport. Nothing new said on Guehi bit did confirm other clubs have been in contact. It does appear we're the only one's actually bidding though.
  8. Neither do I but we're at home and they didn't exactly run away with the Championship last year. In fact I recall thinking they were pretty bad in a few games I watched. 3-0.
  9. Definitely have and from memory it was a defeat but I'd have to Google to be 100%
  10. Not sure if Giggs but Talksport Radio saying bid was £8m.
  11. Aye he does come across as a decent grounded bloke, glad he's on the mend.
  12. Quote from The Shedend, Chelsea forum. "Noni doesn't have a right foot, limiting him on the left". They seem to rate him though.
  13. Interesting to see Osula starting and Sanusi on bench again after impressing last night.

    Will Osula

Couple of nice things to hear, proud of where he's from and noticeable he stated the exactly the 'type' of player style we need. Not a goal scorer more a forward player ( like a João Pedro hopefully).
  15. Hopefully the news of those choosing to get involved with the trouble over this past week being remanded/sentenced quickly will prompt some to make the right decision. No doubt there'll be some who attend regardless but the younger one's need educating on what may be a life changing decision. I hope this week is calmer and that this planned meeting is a lowly attended damp squib.
  16. Kristiensen was my initial thought but didn't know if my memory was clouded. He had a Schar playing style.
  17. I had the same thoughts. Also think people are just putting random names of players they've a soft spot for but who were in no way decent.

    In memoriam

Aww man, he wore the strip of my childhood memories with a passion. RIP TC.
  19. Good to see Willock back, let's hope he's on the road to return to his top level.
