I am resigned to not being able to go but hope everyone with a ticket makes the most of the occasion. These day's don't come along very often so absorb every ounce of the experience. They're undoubtedly playing well at present but this may just be a purple patch and they'll return to mid Championship levels soon. As the saying goes its the hope that kills you, be that getting promoted or winning a cup. Both sets of supporters are excited and rightly so.

I was there, was at a few of the significant ones in that period. Can't remember the match at all but I would've been in the Leazes End towards West Stand.

Getting him this window would be beneficial long term. 6 months extra coaching and learning from Trippier is a massive bonus in his development and might have him ready as a good back up from next season.
