I'd argue that playing the best teams in the league (and Milan this today) has made it a lot harder for new players & new systems to get the time they need to bed in.

Yeah I can only remember one real blunder where there were 4 of our players, all near a bouncing ball. All of them seemed to get in each others way waiting for the other to claim posession. Brentford player nicked it and burst forward. Honestly felt a goal coming from it. Was in the last 15 I think.

Feels like to beat us you play the low block and counter. Both Brighton and Liverpool were more than happy to give us time on the ball.

Our passing was off but we constantly pressed their 10 men and won the ball back, comfortably. For me it went to shit with the subs. Klopps worked, by putting Liverpool into full attack mode, and we just didn't adjust well to it. It really shouldn't have worked as well as it did though, it was such a transparent ploy. You could tell by Klopps reaction that he couldn't really believe what happened. At best he's hoping for an equaliser, but to win it?! It was freak result but one where we were most certainly the masters of our own downfall.
