One way to watch the match, think the SOL needs some improvements

I giggled at that a bit too much in an immature way

The bloke in the foreground head slightly tilted done it I think

  2. clearly I didn't read your post correctly.  I read it as 'for the past 18 month'.

'explain that'.... not sure why you're coming across as such an arsey wet wipe in your posts?

I tried to make a joke at their expense after apparently reading your post wrong.  I'll leave it there instead of derailing the thread.

  3. Something has happened in the time frame you mentioned that could have caused them to be jealous and miserable.

Thinly veiled (or maybe not?) dig at them being affected by our upturn in fortunes.

I unfortunately worked in sunderland in the past for approximately 18 months.  I have worked in many UK places and abroad.  In my honest opinion the mackems are the most deluded, jealous, miserable set of people I ever came across.  This is not just football related either.  Just life in general.

Sounds about right.  What could have possible happened in that time to cause such a downturn in their happiness?

Sorry - the only thing may be that the age group of the ticket you want to assign is not appropriate or is his age set in his profile?

It's because he has an ST so the ballot isn't an option when logged into his account regardless whether his linked accounts have a membership.

Let me know how you get on if succesful. My youngun can't go to the first few anyway so no point me applying for any yet

If you mean applying it was no bother once I was in her account.

IF I'm successful, that'll be when the fun starts ha

my godson is in my friends and family grp

so can usually book tickets for him

but it wont let me into ballots

I was the same, doesn't let me in on my account as I don't have a membership, despite having the bairns and missus as strong relationship and they all have memberships.  Just had to log into her account but it just seems a shit storm, it's all been made unnecessarily restrictive.

Were you seriously expecting anything else?

tbf I'm sure it did say you could only download the to one wallet

Feel like a reet fuckin prick accepting it at face value now ha

I think @Rich has said he’s done this with Sela Cup tickets?

    ok cheers.

Seen you've mentioned you can download the ticket to multiple wallets... will give this a try as I didn't know that.

Can you not use her membership to go with bairn, they transfer your ST seat to someone else (or use whatever this apparent club reselling business is?).

All a bit messy admittedly, but should work to get you what you want?

Is she able to transfer any successful tickets to anyone though? I'm under the impression that it's only season tickets that are transferable and you can only go through the resale process with other tickets?  Please correct me if that's wrong as it will be a workaround.

  11. Have to say I'm fucked off with this new system, in my position I can basically no longer take the bairn to the odd game as I can't get myself a membership (as an st holder).

Got the missus a membership but it's far from ideal as she doesn't want to go to matches and the prefers to go with me.

Think I'll be writing to them as I'm sure there's plenty in the same boat.

I know there'll be people who think 'ahh woe is you, least you have an st', but I couldn't give a shite, having one shouldn't deny me the opportunity to at least enter a ballot to take the bairn to the match every so often.

  12. Just protecting the stronghold isn't he?

Seriously though, people do it, our lot do it, couldn't think of nowt worse myself but hey, each to their own.

Just love the fact it's got a happy ending, as well. It's going to be class.

Said exactly this to a mate earlier.  Imagine we fucked up at the end of the season?  Wouldn't have been half as much fun to watch (see Arsenal's amazon series!)
