I don't know much about what Poyet's style is, but what I do know is we're not going forward with Pardew so I'd definitely be open to giving Poyet a chance.

I think it is as far as the other option, I guess the media would much prefer JFK but if we want less of a circus then Pards is the better choice. Lesser of 2 evils aye, but just 'cause we have this joker in doesn't mean Pardew's any less of a twat when being interviewed. I'd just like him to be given a free role behind the striker, free to drift out wide if needs be. I understand the need for him to track back at times but I'd rather he didn't have to worry about it too much as he should always be an option when we're on the break. Too many times have we regained possession, tried to break but the only option is to get it to Cisse, who has to try and hold it up till any help gets forward. Suppose I'm just greedy and always want HBA on the ball running at the opposition

Yeah that's pretty much it. Can't see us bringing one in like, but it would be ideal as I'd much prefer Cabaye further forward helping to create.

Tiote (when keeping it simple) is the better DM, Cabaye should never be used in that role imo. Complete waste. Is the fact Tiote's not particularly good on the ball one of the reasons Cabaye has to come so deep though to gain possession? I still don't think Cabaye should ever be used as a DM, and that Tiote is better suited to the role.
