    Alan Pardew

Pardew has shown that he is capable of change tactically and I believe we will see a more fluid formation when we have all our first team players fit. There are a lot of people who still have chips on their collective shoulders over Pardew's appointment and his relationship with DL and MA. Rightly or wrongly we will need to win a trophy for Pardew to be assimilated fully in the minds of those who are quick to criticise him - despite his relative success as Newcastle manager.
  2. It's funny how people ignore this post and continue on complaining Because what has happened before has little relevance. Football is constantly moving. If you stand still, you get left behind. This transfer window has shed a lot of light as to why Sir Bobby was sacked for finishing 5th. Fans are fickle as fuck, and there are no two ways about it.

  5. Is that Will.i.am's less successful brother?
  6. 'More' than nothing, yeah. Anita, Cisse, Arfa Re: tyson's post above That makes no sense whatsoever.

  8. Most of you have a relationship with the club akin to that of a spoilt only-child and it's mother. All you want is more. Now. Meltdown when you don't get it
  9. Depressing that we can't have a sensible discussion about it without people being accused of hyperbole. I'd be impressed if you can find anyone that wanted us to sign no first team players btw. Obviously, everyone wants signings, the more exciting the better. People will be accused of hyperbole when they use a slightly sub-standard transfer window to get angry with a regime that has recently delivered some absolutely class signings. I'm definitely not arguing that everything is perfect, I never have. It's just incredible to see how we revert to the old arguments as soon as a window becomes a bit frustrating. It really is incredible
  10. I feel a bit sorry for Wallace
  11. Would like to echo old types sentiment, completely agree
  12. did what we needed to do and a lot of new players got minutes under their belt. good stuff
  13. I reckon this is the beginning of NUFC realising its potential in the modern game. How long have we been deemed 'sleeping giants'.... Finally... FINALLY I can see the potential being realised.
  14. We are doing an excellent job this last two years. The same people just want us to enact the 'well proven' principal of having to spend a lot of money(relatively) in football to progress. Let's not do that again. Stick to our structure, work within our framework and keep progressing. That's the plan and it's working
