You will be hard pushed getting back in Newcastle for KO, assuming you get out of the SOL at 5pm (usual finish time) you will need to be on the first Metro heading to Newcastle which takes about 20 minutes, or drive back to Newcastle within half an hour which would be unlikely given the traffic coming out of the SOL. Roads at the SoL will be clear by 5 o'clock, only stadium in the world where you avoid the traffic by staying til the end

Remember when we (well, not you) were having some concerns under Pardew as, although we were riding high in the league, the football wasn't great and we were kind of flukily edging games? Nowhere near as bad as that obviously but recent performances haven't been as good as earlier in the season, if Derby had scored that easy chance from three yards out the other night we'd be looking at 4 points thrown away at home. The defeat at Oxford obviously compounds this along with our lack of January activity so it's not hard to see why some people are getting a little worried when you look further than just the bare statistics. Personally I think we'll be fine but I can see how people might look at this as a bit of a bad spell despite the decent points haul.
