big jam is a bruiser -
would like to see more of him out wide because that's his position imo, but we don't have anyone who can play up front

why am I not surprised that Big Dan randomly goes charging down their keeper and then about 3 passes later we've given away a penalty where he's actually supposed to be -

Matty Targett the marauding number 8. Goodness me we are so fucked without like 6 new signings -

looks like Hall in midfield? Although I seem to remember Targett playing DM once (Man U in the league cup?) and then fucking his hamstring after a minute -
find it hard to believe the club knew that Isak wanted to leave from the start of the season for various reasons, but not least because they (Eales) were publicly talking about wanting to have contract talks with him at the end of the season. the most logical theory I’ve got would be that he wanted a pay rise. Bruno and Gordon got one that will have taken their wages higher than his, and Isak would’ve justifiably wanted more than them. For whatever reason we never gave him it. Hope even reported that Mitchell had decided Isak was already on enough as it was didn’t he?

I can't really think of him without the fever dream of the bridge section in Jump Up, Super Star from Mario Odyssey popping into my head

Jackson would be a good signing if it was £50m and a rotational option.

0.54 - 0.39 = 0.15, fwiw

it's decent odds tbh. We have loads of games, no midfield cover and no useable striker . It's a competitive league. an injury to big Jo and we are back to playing the same midfield 3 in every single game.

we have been used by agents and their media outriders all summer and we seemingly haven’t even thought about how we might counter it.

I think we were quoted £52m (~€60m) for Scalvini. Worth it?
