It's still the same 40M for PSR when we're restricted from increasing revenue like those who have come before, and more importantly the PSR mechanic itself hasn't matched the vast inflation in transfer fees. Not sure if that's better with the new incoming rules? I think I'm agreeing with your point but those two facts still make me unreasonably annoyed. Compounded by the Ryanair Reds and e-Fans etc giving it the big one as if they didn't choose 'their' team because they happened to be the most successful in the country, and can make mistake after mistake after mistake.
