Really hope Ben Arfa gets a start as well as Remy, been needing that extra bit of magic that he can provide. Going in to every match fearing everyone is almost the way Pards has us playing, defensive duties come first etc. We should be looking to be go out to score more than the opposition, not concede less. I would like to think Pards would let us go out to express ourselves against weaker opposition like Palace, but he is probably never going to change his philosophy imo.

The amount of money they have spent has massively raised expectations, it is a shame he hasn't been given the time he should have had. It is probably easier for me to say as a neutral however. We have had similar scenario's in the past and look what happened to us.

Playing away from home, against a team who are fighting for their lives near the bottom of the table, is a game we always seem to make much harder for ourselves.

We played well enough overall to win the game, key players missed sitters and we got into plenty of good areas with poor final passes. No major fault with pards today imo.

We should have scored a second in that first half, so wasteful with some excellent build up play.
