Don't see the problem with it whatsoever. Quick walk out in front of the fans for a player who is going to be huge for us this season. Yeah I see something like that, with a controversial goal/offside/penalty decision against us which Pardew will use as an excuse. The fact that city waste so many opportunities is my reason for thinking the scoreline will at least remain respectable. We will create a couple of half chances, but nothing to shout about.

If we get Gomis as well i would say we have done better. They have a much bigger squad size and more strength in depth, but we have the better starting 11 imo.
