I don't think the pace thing is much of a problem if Atsu and Ritchie are on the wings tbh, although i don't consider the whole thing an issue either way. Rafa has two strikers who seem to be impacting the team in positive ways and they are both competing for the same spot. Can only be a good thing really and Mitrovic doesn't seem to have any complaints at least publicly.

So happy to see this mind, i been saying for as long as i have been posting here that you don't need a lot of "goalscorers" in the team to score goals consistently. You just need to be coached properly so multiple players get in good positions. Glad to see we are finally at that point.

Fact is he did though He contributed positively to a good result, as he has in most of the games he has played. Really don't understand the negativity, considering he's hardly played due to a mixture of an early season suspension and Gayle scoring non stop. Yet when he has he usually impacts the team positively. He doesn't have to play all the time, even if we did sell him we'd replace him with someone doing the same thing as Gayle until further notice is the man upfront and Rafa doesn't like to play 2 strikers.

We are going up regardless so don't see the point of even discussing the idea of either/or.
