Don't trust Wenger so swapped Walcott out for Sterling last night.

They have more depth obviously but their 2nd teams for the most part would be bang average.

I think we have some exciting players potentially if they are used properly, so there's that until McClaren proves he can't use them properly i'm positive Will probably be pissed off 20 mins in tbh, also about Mitrovic and service i do agree that we need more width but at the same time i don't think it's absolutely necessary because he has the physique to make something out of the delivery we do provide which Cisse couldn't.

If he replicates those numbers i agree but i don't think he will. Aye.

That just isn't true tbh, in any case i think he will get better numbers this year because he's not stuck out on the wing this time.

Like when we started really early in that intertoto cup yonks ago...and ended up finishing 4th. Aye but usually those who start early do tend to end the season slowly because of it. Not defending the whole Europe excuses because i hate it and all teams should attack the competition with their best team IMO. But those who start doing qualifiers in pre season do tend to struggle towards the end of the season but start well. McClaren isn't wrong in that sense but it doesn't mean Southampton will mind.

I watched the interview and it's not as bad as it sounds, basically said it could effect them later in the season because they started earlier than everyone else and at the same time they have an advantage early on because of that.

His record isn't that great His performances are probably higher than his goal output.

He was very good in Spain, not seen anything of him since he's been in Russia obviously.

Really doubt Berahinho will be there come September.
