The main issue i have with with Hatem on the left atm is the fact the right handside consists of Simpson and Cisse. If we bought Remy and Debuchy for that right side i wouldn't have half as many issues with Hatem on the left as i do now.

Pep is the main reason Barca are where they are today they was finishing 3rd behind villarreal when he joined ffs. His tactics and gameplan he deployed is individual to him... Rijkaard and Cryuff's barca are.nothing like it. Tito basically continued it on with some tweaks like Capello did with Milan under Sacchi... But rest assured pep is the main reason behind all the success. I feel hes getting a bit underrated and his effect on the club understated because barca have done so well in his absense but hes the reason they are this good.

Tbf goals become a bit of an irrelevance when only one man is scoring at one time id understand if ba and cisse were both scoring but they never have.. Cisse can replace those goals. Remy would hopefully bring balance,versatility and pace among other things.... I'm not convinced Ba will be as missed as much his record suggest... Im more concerned by the ineptitude of the board rather than the options available to replace him.

What people seem to not understand is Remy would not be replacing Ba.... Ba's replacement is already here in Cisse. I'd imagine Remy would be brought in to add pace,trickery and balance to our attack. But he would not be a replacement for Ba as he is already here but another option in attack and to help flank Cisse along with Hatem but i don't see him replacing Ba the roles of the two will be drastically different imo.

All i want is a couple of defenders to relegate simpson and williamson to the bench and if Ba leaves then to see him replaced properly..... But even that looks unrealistic with these clowns in charge

It was basically same role as Cabaye played end of last season im quite confident in him performing there if theres 2 holding players behind him.

Marv looked bloody good in a middle 3 against wigan tbf. Anyway i wouldn't to give Marv to OM part of any deal for Remy. What that basically says is Marv and Ba plus cash for Remy.... Now Remy is good but im not convinced he's THAT good.
