Well, we had agreed a fee with OM for Remy don't forget, he just decided to go elsewhere for the money so it wasn't for the lack of planning on our part. Not sure how this window would have panned out if we HAD of signed Remy though. Still a terrific month (providing we kick on)

Well, what a month it has been. I guess the real answer can only come at the end of the season when we see where we finish but in terms of actual players signed, it's been incredible. Debuchy, MYM, Sissoko, Gouffran, Haidara and Mbabu, all through the door for little over a tenner, amazing business for our club. The only blot on the copy book was not landing Remy but in all fairness there isn't much more we could have done to facilitate that going through, given what happened. That said, it seems that whenever one door closes for us, another door opens, so I'm hopefull we'll be OK. Can't recall being as pleased with a window as this, given the nature of our position. How do you rate it? Did we do enough?

We were OK at sitting back last season at times which makes this season even more inexplicable.

I'm struggling to think of a more likeable side we've had (in terms of personalities) Only one I detest is Ranger and that's OK because he isn't getting anywhere near this team. We've signed not only good players recently but good people to boot. Happy days

What a leader this guy is going to be for this club Don't know if anybody has mentioned it yet, but the little "take down" before he strikes it, is as good as the strike itself IMO, absolute class bit of skill, a lesser player would struggle to kill a swirling ball like that, just kills it, SMASH, 2-0, thank you very much. I know it's frowned upon a bit this days but I love a good bit of "badge slapping" after a goal, really gets the hairs on my neck standing up. LOVE. THIS. GUY
